A Fresh Word Of Encouragement From The Holy Spirit For Your Day. 7/2/2026. From Emile Luke.

The Holy Spirit reminded me that His eyes are everywhere from His position, observing all that takes place. He watches carefully over those who love Him to fulfill His will concerning their lives, and He also takes note of the wickedness of the wicked, as declared in Proverbs 15:3. This truth establishes why we as the followers of Jesus are instructed to look only to the Lord and not to become preoccupied with the activities of the enemy. Focusing on what the enemy is doing is a deceptive ploy designed to draw attention away from the truth, and it always leads to ruin.

The Lord alone possesses the full perspective of every detail and knows exactly how to thwart every evil scheme the enemy plots against His people. Revelation.4:6-8. Therefore, we as the followers of Jesus have no reason to worry because the One we follow can never miss the mark and possesses all authority both in heaven and on earth. The only essential requirement is for us to remain aligned with the Holy Spirit’s version of events, rather than reacting to natural appearances or fear-driven narratives.

The Holy Spirit then brought to remembrance the account of Elisha the prophet in 2 Kings.6:14-19 when the king of Syria sent troops to surround him in an attempt to stop him from hearing from God. When Elisha’s servant went out and saw the surrounding army, he was overwhelmed with fear and dread. However, Elisha responded calmly, declaring that those who were with them were far more than those who were against them.

The servant was confused because he could see only Elisha and himself. Elisha then prayed that the servant’s eyes would be opened to see the true picture from God’s perspective. When his eyes were opened, he saw the chariots of the Lord surrounding and protecting them. In that moment, fear evaporated, confidence returned, and the servant entered a place of rest which is the place we as followers of Jesus are exhorted to be in today as well.

Elisha then prayed again, asking the Lord to blind the eyes of the enemy troops so that they would be led by Elisha’s voice. This occurred exactly as he prayed, and the troops were brought into surrender to the will of God. Through this account, the Holy Spirit is urging you as followers of Jesus to stop being agitated by the pranks of satan and to stop giving undue attention to what the enemy appears to be accomplishing. Instead, you are to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and His plan alone. Hebrews.12:2.

The Lord already knows everything and has a plan for your deliverance. He will not allow His people to slip. So as a follower of Jesus you are called to have greater confidence in God’s ability to save you from every evil work, rather than in satan’s ability to harm you. 2 Timothy.4:18. The Lord has already declared in Isaiah.54:17 that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord.

Just as Elisha acted in faith that day,we as followers of Jesus are instructed to do the same now and watch as the enemy’s plans fade under the mighty hand of God working on our behalf. No one has the power to snatch us from the Fathers hand, and we must not allow fear to separate us from Him. John.10:29. Instead, we are called to refuse fear, then surrender fully to the Holy Spirit, and see from God’s perspective as we join the Lord in confidence as He brings our enemies into derision and elevates His people to a greater place of honor and glory.

As followers of Jesus I encourage you to boldly lay hold of these words and allow the abundance of grace to flow toward you, making you as bold as a lion, as you walk in the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. I declare this time  to be your hour of deliverance, a time for you to follow the direction of the Holy Spirit and walk in the signs, wonders, and miracles the Lord has prepared to bring you through to glorious triumph in Jesus name.

I declare in the Name of Jesus Christ that your eyes are being aligned with heaven’s perspective as fear is broken off you, all negative agitation is silenced, and your absolute confidence in the Lord is restored. I decree that the plans of the enemy are fading under the hand of the Lord working on your behalf, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper.

I declare that you will not slip into darkness, you will not fall, and you will not be taken from God’s hand because this is your hour of deliverance. In Jesus’ name you are being led by the Holy Spirit into triumphant outcomes, by walking boldly in His presence, power, with signs, wonders and miracles. I decree that all grace through these words abounds toward you now, and you arise in honor, peace, and victory in Jesus’ mighty Name. Amen.

A Fresh Word Of Encouragement From The Holy Spirit For Your Day. 6/2/2026. From Emile Luke.

During a time of communion with the Holy Spirit, I was reminded of the importance of stirring the heart back into action, especially in how we as followers of Jesus choose to think about ourselves after enduring sustained assaults, enemy tactics, and accusatory thoughts. These attacks are designed to pressure believers into laying down the fight by whispering lies and discouraging words of discouragement.

These satanic suggestive words focusing on present physical circumstances that the year will be no different, pointing to the fact that nothing has improved, and that they should settle for the usual outcome with no change is going to happen. The enemy always seeks to entice believers to cave into the flesh by offering quick, seemingly easier solutions which only lead to further bondage and oppression.

The Holy Spirit clearly exposed this narrative as a lie from the pit of hell and called for us as followers of Jesus to reject it decisively. So instead of yielding, we are exhorted to lift up our shoulders, then confront lying thoughts boldly with the truth, and lay claim to the inheritance God has already determined for them to experience beginning now, in Jesus’ Name. God-centered thoughts are to be activated again, by allowing words of grace to propel you into action so you may truly lay hold of the Lord’s promises for this year and magnify the Name of Jesus in this season of your life.

The Holy Spirit then poses a direct question saying What thoughts do you hold about yourself that motivate your actions? As followers of Jesus we are urged to set aside those thoughts and instead receive the Lord’s thoughts, because the Lord knows the thoughts He thinks toward His people which are thoughts of good and peace, not of evil, designed to give a future, a hope, and an expected end of glory (Jeremiah 29:11).

When the Lord declares that He knows His thoughts concerning us, it means He has fully considered both the spiritual and physical realities of our lives, and has already designed a pathway that guarantees victory, fruitfulness, and triumph. For this reason, we as Jesus’ followers can confidently trust that His plans will prevail regardless of the opposition or assault, according to Romans 8:28.

The Holy Spirit emphasized that human thoughts are shaped by present facts, visible circumstances, and options that appear favorable in the moment. These thoughts in reality are superficial, temporary, and subject to change, because they fail to account for spiritual consequences and eternal outcomes. This distinction is underscored in Isaiah 55:8–9, where the Lord declares that His thoughts and ways are higher than man’s.

Human reasoning often evaluates only immediate, natural benefits, making certain opportunities seem like the only available option. However, despite their attractive appearance, the end of such choices can be disastrous when they are disconnected from God’s purposes and offer transitory, passing, short term pleasure.

To further illustrate this, the Holy Spirit reminded me of Israel’s situation in Babylon, recorded in Haggai 1. At the time when Israel was meant to leave captivity and return to rebuild Jerusalem after seventy years. They instead of following the Lord’s path were focused on building houses in Persia to stay. However despite their relentless effort to build, they continuously encountered only obstacles, much waste and loss of money, wasted energy, and frustration, as their resources drained away without any favor or natural progress.

It took the Lord, through the prophet Haggai speaking, to confront them, as he urged them to carefully consider their ways and decide whether they still wanted to continue following their own thoughts or to align with God’s. As they received prophetic instruction through Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi, they chose to shift their thinking and perspective to agree with the Lord’s thoughts. The moment that change occurred, their results changed as well.

The Lord even instructed them to mark the exact date when the turnaround began, proving that a genuine shift had taken place. From that point forward, there was no more waste of money, time, or physical energy, as recorded in Haggai 2:15–18.

The Holy Spirit spoke of this word being applicable to us as followers of Jesus today to set aside our personal ambitions and plans and return to building the Lord’s ordained plan for their lives. As you do the Holy Spirit said that, you will witness tangible shifts of doors opening, opportunities emerging, and circumstances aligning to propel you into the miraculous change of events simply because you choose the Lord’s thoughts over your own and obey the Holy Spirit’s direction.

As you walk in this alignment with the Holy Spirit, you will become partakers in a miraculous journey toward a safe destination, fully supplied by the Lord, and saturated with peace and overflowing joy. Your lives will be marked by freedom from strife, shame, and disgrace, with abundance from the riches of Christ’s glory becoming your norm as His glory and goodness define your expected end in the Lord.

The Holy Spirit emphasized that this transformation requires only a small adjustment that is a heart shift from human thinking to God’s thinking. As you make that adjustment it opens up access to vast dimensions of abundance within the realm of the Holy Spirit. This change made in the Holy Spirit cannot be stopped, hindered, or even detected by the enemy, and it propels you forward in triumph regardless of the odds stacked against you.

In conclusion I urge you with a heartfelt appeal from the Holy Spirit to lay aside your personal thoughts, preferences, prejudices, and plans, and choose to trust fully in the Lord’s, as you receive the grace flowing through these words that empowers you. As you embark to do so, you will witness comprehensive, life fulfilling change across every area of your life marked by progress and lasting rewards in Jesus name. Amen.

I declare in the Name of Jesus Christ that your mind is being realigned with the thoughts of God and every lie of stagnation, delay, and defeat is broken off you now.You will not settle for the familiar or the fleshly escape, but you will rise up and lay hold of your God-ordained inheritance. I decree that the plans of the Lord for your life are unfolding in your life that are plans of peace, fruitfulness, victory, and glory.

I declare that the season of waste is ended, all losses are reversed, and divine momentum is released. Doors are opening, as the favor of the Lord is increasing, and you are advancing unhindered into great abundance, peace, and joy as your expected end is secured in Christ, as you march in triumph in all things regardless of all opposition in Jesus’ mighty Name. Amen.

A Fresh Word Of Encouragement From The Holy Spirit For Your Day. From Emile Luke. 5/2/2026

During an intimate time of fellowship with the Holy Spirit I challenged the speaker to change my prayer posture and engage with Him in a way that would be both different, more rewarding, and life-changing. This challenge was anchored in a deeper understanding of Proverbs 16:2, which reveals that human beings are often convinced that their own opinions are right, yet the Lord actively examines and tests the motives behind every response of the heart.

The Holy Spirit emphasized that the Lord is deeply concerned with the motive, intent, and foundation behind how the heart responds to every situation in life, because those responses ultimately determine whether a person’s outcomes will be good or bad. This truth aligns with Proverbs 4:23, which exhorts believers that above all else they guard their hearts, since the heart is the source from which all of life’s consequences flow.

When I asked the Holy Spirit how to stop loving my personal opinions even though I daily surrender my heart, soul, and body to the Lord. The Holy Spirit gave a striking instruction saying that instead of asking to merely submit my opinions, I was to pray for the grace to hate my own opinions, and to develop a love and full acceptance only for “thus saith the Lord.” This represented a radical shift in perception from self-trust to complete reliance on God’s voice as my only opinion.

As I received this instruction, I remembered to exercise discernment and test the voice to ensure it was the Holy Spirit, by asking for confirmation through scriptures to ensure no deception was being introduced to me in disguise by spiritual means. The Holy Spirit graciously responded by pointing directly to Jesus as the ultimate standard. Then He referred first to Hebrews 1:9 which reads these words: “You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness more than Your companions.”

This demonstrated firstly that Jesus Himself both loved and hated because He loved righteousness while actively hating lawlessness. This made it clear in my understanding that had Jesus tolerated lawlessness, He would not have received an anointing greater than His companions. His hatred of lawlessness was necessary for Him to defeat it in love through a limitless, unstoppable anointing.

This perspective of hating evil was further confirmed in Revelation 2:6, where Jesus commends believers for hating the deeds of the Nicolaitans that is for deeds which He Himself also hated. This revealed that God not only permits but approves of a righteous hatred toward specific evil actions.

The Holy Spirit then connected this truth to the human heart, by referencing Jeremiah 17:9, which declares that the heart of man is desperately wicked and deceitful above all things and who can know it. Since human opinions are formed from the heart and shaped from personal experiences, perceptions, and interpretations they cannot be trusted. Therefore, hating one’s own opinions becomes a righteous and necessary act of alignment with the Lord’s will.

Jesus Himself modeled this dependency in John 5:30, where He declared that He could do nothing of Himself, He judged only what He heard from the Father, and sought not His own will but the will of the Father who sent Him. This made it unmistakably clear that even Jesus, the living Word in human form, did not rely on His personal opinion but submitted his opinions entirely to the Father’s direction.

With this understanding, I then fully embraced the prayer pattern to on purpose hate my own personal opinions but instead choose to love yielding to the Lord’s will which reveals His opinions. The choosing to pursue swiftly whatever the Lord says and desires, and to obey His direction without delay. This posture mirrors Mary’s instruction at the wedding feast in Cana in John 2, where she told the servants, “Whatever He tells you to do, just do it.” Their obedience, even when it made no sense, resulted in a miracle they were privileged to participate in.

I exhort you as  followers of Jesus to begin hating your own opinions, your ways of regarding situations and circumstances, by recognizing that many opinions you have are influenced by satan through deception, fully aware that deception is what the human heart is naturally inclined to love. Remember that what you as a follower of Jesus hates, is what you will resist and fight against; therefore, hating personal opinions empowers resistance against deception.

As followers of Jesus we are called to actively fight our own opinions by hating them, while at the same time submitting to the loving thoughts and opinions of the Lord as revealed through His voice and the word. This love is expressed through our obedience and action. As followers of Jesus commit yourself entirely to hearing and obeying God’s Word, and you will experience a clear and tangible transformation in everything you say and do.

In conclusion, seize this truth with your whole heart and allow the grace released through it to empower you to take decisive action. This action will advance the Kingdom of God, and establish you as a follower of Jesus on the triumphant path, which always ushers you into a life marked by divine order and miraculous outcomes.

I declare in the Name of Jesus Christ that your heart will be aligned with the will of the Father and you will no longer be ruled by personal opinion but be  led by divine truth. In Jesus name you will hate deception and love righteousness, by yielding swiftly to the voice of the Lord, and walking in obedience to the voice of the Holy Spirit that produces miracles.

I decree that the abundant grace released through this word will empower you to advance the Kingdom in varied ways. You will overcome every snare of the flesh, and walk in the path of triumph in all things as you are established in God’s will, anointed for victory, and positioned for miraculous outcomes in Jesus’ mighty Name. Amen.

A Fresh Word Of Encouragement From The Holy Spirit For Your Day. 3/2/2026. From Emile Luke.

During my communion time with the Holy Spirit, I was shown a deeper and less obvious way of viewing Scripture, one that revealed how limited human understanding still is, even after years of walking with the Lord and being taught by Him. This encounter produced a fresh awe at the vastness of the Lord’s might, ultimate authority, and unlimited ability, and a renewed awareness that there is always more to learn and understand about Him concerning all things.

I am continually amazed at how the Holy Spirit faithfully guides us as the followers of Jesus into new, greater dimensions of the truth each day,by expanding our capacity to experience all that the Father has prepared, by revealing realities that transcend human knowledge and understanding. 1 Corinthians.2:9-12.

The Holy Spirit then directed my attention to Proverbs 17:13, which states that the one who returns evil for good can expect evil in return for the rest of his life. While this truth is straightforward, the Holy Spirit posed a deeper question: What about the person who returns good for evil and yet still receives evil in response. What is that person’s reward? This perspective I had never previously considered and it immediately drew my attention to want to understand this spiritual reality.

In other words, it pointed out to me that when someone is kind, faithful, and good, yet receives mistreatment, rejection, or hostility in return, does that negative outcome define their future?

The Holy Spirit clarified that as followers of Jesus we must not be overcome by evil, but must overcome evil with good, and emphasized the importance of asking the opposite question when Scripture highlights only one side of an issue. I realized that without doing so, we as followers of Jesus can develop a skewed understanding of truth and become vulnerable through ignorance.

Jesus Himself is presented in the word of God which He is as the ultimate example. According to Acts 10:38, Jesus went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil because God was with Him. Even though this is the truth not every oppressed person was healed, because not everyone responded correctly to His goodness.

This being the case, Jesus still never responded to evil with evil, nor did He ever allow people’s actions to alter His nature or character. He never stopped doing good, because goodness is who He is. Despite being hated without cause and suffering unjust treatment, Jesus never failed from responding in love in anything He did.

We, as the followers of Jesus,  are likewise anointed by the Holy Spirit to do good, and not evil. So the evil actions of others must never move us to step outside our God-given nature of goodness to adopt the ways of satan by responding in kind. Yielding to evil in order to fight evil always results in taking on the enemy’s nature rather than remaining aligned with God which results in us fighting for satan’s evil to succeed.

The Holy Spirit highlighted that the apostle Paul was one who learnt and understood this lesson deeply. Therefore in the face of threats, persecution, and human evil, Paul could boldly declare that none of these things moved him. He understood his identity in Christ so as a man of God and refused to compromise his divine nature by submitting to lies manifested through the evil actions of men.

This clearer understanding of truth clearly exhorts us as followers of Jesus to never allow the evil of the day to rob them of the best the Lord has prepared for them.

Instead, we are called to faithfully remain in the goodness of God and through it overcome every form of evil by allowing the goodness of the Lord to work faithfully within them. As followers of Jesus we are greater than every scheme designed by satan to pull us away from the Lord’s hand and protection. 1 John.4:4.

Choosing to remain in the posture of doing good is not weakness but it is our connection point to the Lord’s presence and protection and nothing can separate us from the unfailing love of God, unless they choose to yield to evil in an attempt to fight evil.

Therefore, as followers of Jesus, this word is sent to cause you to draw strength from the grace released through it, to allow all the goodness of God to flow  freely from their lives so that our actions confounds our enemies and lifts them into higher dimensions of spiritual glory.

In conclusion I urge you to live out this truth daily by doing good, which causes you to remain anointed, to destroy yokes of bondage, and remove burdens from those oppressed by the devil, thus resulting in greater advancement of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

I declare that in the Name of Jesus Christ you will not be overcome by evil, but you will overcome evil with good. I decree that your nature in Christ will remain unshaken, unchanged, and uncompromised because the goodness of God within you will confound your enemies, and will keep you connected to divine protection.

In the name of Jesus you will be lifted up into higher realms of glory in the Spirit so you will walk daily in the anointing of Jesus, by destroying yokes, removing burdens, and advancing Jesus’s Kingdom with power, grace, and authority to bring glory to the Father in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

A Fresh Word Of Encouragement From The Holy Spirit For Your Day. 2/2/2026. From Emile Luke.

In my communion time with the Precious Holy Spirit, I received a deeply personal reflection on my relationship with the Holy Spirit who has become my closest, dearest Friend, Helper, and wonderful Counselor. During this time, the Holy Spirit revisited truths He had taught me years earlier, deep truths that I have already lived by and enjoyed, but He went on to illuminate, more comprehensive dimensions of glory on those same truths which I had not seen before.

These refinements brought me far greater freedom, deeper peace, increased joy, and a more settled soul, which I can only define as the full alignment of my mind, will, emotions, and intellect with the Lord, just as Jesus was perfectly aligned with the Father in spirit, soul and body.

This process is clearly defined in 1 Peter.1:9 which speaks of the end of faith as the saving of the soul. This inward alignment of my heart or spirit with my mind, my will, my emotions and my intellect became the central focus of what the Holy Spirit was addressing in me.

The Holy Spirit then asked me a probing question saying why are you still offended by situations, people, and events? I had understood from having studied Luke 17:1 that offenses are inevitable in life several years earlier.

This truth had brought me freedom from offenses I expected, which I handled quickly, handed over to the Lord, and did not allow their impact to linger or disrupt my spiritual focus. It meant that responsibility was left with the offender, while I chose to move on without allowing internal disturbance.

However, the Holy Spirit’s question was not for information but for self-awareness and a deeper level of freedom. This reality prompted me to ask myself what truly triggers offense or anger in me, especially over seemingly minor issues that suddenly provoked disproportionate reactions.

This enabled me to realize there was an unresolved internal process within me. The Holy Spirit then revealed how the Lord Himself views offense and how He responds to it, not only to accomplish His purposes but also to heal the emotions of His people.

The Lord revealed that if He allowed Himself to be offended by the daily actions of humanity, His will would never be accomplished on the earth. Human disobedience, distraction, and failure often derail what the Lord begins, forcing Him to rework plans, not because He is weak, or unable to complete what He starts but because He insists on partnering with humanity. Yet despite the constant provocation of men, the Lord refuses to abandon His redemptive purpose.

This truth is illustrated clearly in Genesis 6:5–8, where the Lord saw that the wickedness of humanity was great and that every intent of the human heart was continually evil. The Lord was grieved in His heart and declared judgment to destroy men from the earth, yet Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.

The Holy Spirit explained that although the Lord had every reason to be offended and abandon humanity, He chose redemption over offense. Satan with all his evil  influence on man could not move the Lord from His purpose, and as such man’s failure did not nullify the Lord’s plan.

The Holy Spirit further revealed that if He counted every wrongdoing we committed daily, He could not do good to His people. So counting our wrongdoing would negate His promises, contradict His own Word, and invalidate His Kingdom plan to be established on earth as it is in heaven.

A divine plan that requires human participation. Therefore, the Lord chooses to forget our sins, and remembers them no more, by casting them into the sea of forgetfulness because to continually destroy man would be a loss to the Lord and a victory for satan, suggesting that the Lord could not fulfil His purpose.

This revelation deeply impacted my heart process, leading me to make firm resolutions never to allow offense, fleshly reactions, or emotional weaknesses to aid satan in disrupting the Lord’s plan. The wonderful reality is that through the grace given in Jesus Christ, these weaknesses of heart reaction can be overcome.

The Holy Spirit shared many instances where the Lord had every justification to withdraw from His plan for men because of human behavior, yet He persisted in executing His plan and He now calls His people to respond in the same way, acting in ways that promote Lord’s purposes rather than the enemy’s agenda.

In conclusion to this word the Holy Spirit gave a strong exhortation: that we as followers of Jesus must stop allowing offense from people to rob them of the Lord’s best. The actions or words of others, whether spouse, child, colleague, or anyone else must not be allowed to spoil our time with the Lord, derail our day, or sabotage the Lord’s prearranged agenda for our day.

Offense the Holy spirit pointed out is a spiritual thief emerging from satan, and so refusing it to take root in our hearts requires us making it a deliberate act of alignment with the Lord’s heart on how to respond spiritually to remain triumphant in all things.

I declare over you in the Name of Jesus Christ that grace flowing from this word is released to empower you to guard your heart from offense. I declare that your soul comes into deeper alignment with the will of God so that no word, action, or circumstance will derail the Lord’s purpose for your life. You will not aid the enemy through wounded emotions or fleshly reactions.

In Jesus name you will walk in peace, joy, and settled assurance as the grace of the Lord will keep you from stumbling and present you faultless, until every good thing the Lord has ordained for your life is fully accomplished, revealing the might and glory of Jesus on your behalf in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

A Fresh Word Of Encouragement From The Holy Spirit For Your Day. 1/2/2026. From Emile Luke.

During a time of communion with the Holy Spirit, I received a clear revelation concerning how faith in Jesus opens the way for forgiveness of sins and healing from every form of sickness. 1Peter.2:24.

The Holy Spirit directed me to study the Gospel of Luke afresh, not merely for an intellectual understanding, but to uncover a specific revelation intended to free us as followers of Jesus from old mindsets, limiting concepts, and spiritual stagnation that hinder fruitfulness in our walk with the Lord.

While reading and meditating on Luke chapter 1, many new insights emerged, but the Holy Spirit emphasized a particular truth meant to empower us as followers of Jesus in the current season.

This revelation centres on Luke 5:20, which records Jesus’ response to the paralytic brought by his friends to meet Jesus seeking healing: “When He saw their faith, He said to him, ‘Man, your sins are forgiven you.’”

The Holy Spirit drew my attention to a striking detail that the man made no recorded confession of his sin, yet Jesus pronounced complete forgiveness over him This raised an important question about what entitled this man to such forgiveness?

It was not a personal pleading from him, nor a public repentance, or verbal confession. Rather, the Scripture clearly states that Jesus saw their faith, and it was this observable faith that released forgiveness instantly on his behalf which brought forth his healing.

Being careful not to form a doctrine from a single biblical incident, and mindful of Jesus’ warnings about deception, I sought additional scriptural confirmation from the Holy Spirit, affirming that forgiveness of sins is indeed associated with genuine repentance, as a truth consistently taught in Scripture.

The Holy Spirit then directed my attention to Joshua chapter 2 concerning the account of Rahab the harlot. Rahab was clearly a sinner, yet nowhere in her interaction with the Israelite spies did she confess her sins or verbally repent of her past life.

Nevertheless, her faith in God’s power and purpose led to her deliverance. This was confirmed in Joshua 6:17, where Joshua declared that Rahab and her household would be spared because she hid the messengers sent by Joshua to spy out Jericho.

This comparison illuminated a powerful truth pointing to the reality that Rahab was accepted on the basis of her faith, while Achan was disqualified by his personal sin because he coveted what the Lord had forbidden. Rahab’s faith positioned her for mercy, forgiveness, and inclusion and integration in Israel, while Achan’s disobedience led to judgment which removed him from Israel.

Rahab’s faith not only saved her life but transformed it. She did not return to her former life of harlotry, nor was she found compromising truth among the Israelites. Instead, she walked in the forgiveness her faith secured.

She later married, bore a child, and became part of the lineage of Jesus Christ, standing as a powerful testimony to what faith in God’s ability can accomplish in a life that chooses to trust His ability which is far beyond what all human effort or good works could achieve.

As this revelation unfolded, the speaker recognized a personal conviction: doubts about certain individuals ever receiving grace were limiting God’s redemptive power. Jesus continually frees His people from thoughts that restrict their ability to experience His best, provided they remain open to His leading.

This truth is further confirmed in Luke 7:47–48, where Jesus forgave a woman known to be a notorious sinner: “Her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much.” Again, there is no record of any detailed confession she made, even though her sinful reputation was widely known. Jesus’ decision to forgive her caused religious leaders to question His discernment and prophetic authority.

Jesus then sealed this revelation in Luke 7:50, by saying to her that, “Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.” Her forgiveness and deliverance were clearly attributed to her faith in Jesus’ power and ability to rescue and redeem, and not due to a catalogue of her confessed sins.

The Holy Spirit concluded this revelation by emphasizing the fact that humanity inherited the sin nature through Adam, and only the love and redemptive power of Jesus Christ can free us from that bondage to sin. Faith in Jesus and not our fixation on past sins is what opens the heart to the door to forgiveness, healing, and restoration of life.

Therefore as followers of Jesus I exhort you through this word to surrender your hearts fully to Jesus, by fully trusting in His ability to deliver and transform your life, by laying hold of the grace released through faith coming to you through this word. This posture positions you to walk in the freedom Jesus offers, thus causing you to experience the miraculous life Jesus has prepared for you, as you live by the ongoing work and power of the Holy Spirit in Jesus name.

I declare to you in the Name of Jesus Christ that your faith in Jesus opens the door to full forgiveness and complete restoration of life to you. I declare that every chain of past sin is broken off you by the power of grace the Holy Spirit causes to abound towards you as all old mindsets fall away, and new life rises within you.

I decree that you are no longer defined by what you were, but by what Christ has made you as His peace replaces all guilt, His freedom replaces bondage, and His faith leads you forward.

May the Holy Spirit empower you to walk in forgiveness, healing, and the miraculous life prepared for you in Christ Jesus. Amen.
