The Holy Spirit this morning in my communion time with Him spoke about sharing light on our ability to hear Him correctly. This is because in this present season where the Holy Spirit wants to manifest the Power and glory of the Lord through our individual lives there will be much deception floating around. The intention is to draw away the followers and lovers of Jesus from truth to lies in order to sabotage the move of the Spirit.
In Mark.4:11 & 12 Jesus speaks some vital words of instruction to His chosen vessels as He explains the Parable of the sower based on their request of Him to do so. Look at what the words of this discourse are: And He said to them, “To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things come in parables, 12so that ‘Seeing they may see and not perceive,
And hearing they may hear and not understand; Lest they should turn, And their sins be forgiven them.’ ”
Jesus was in effect saying to His closest friends that the workings of the Kingdom of God were not supposed to be a mystery to them because He had already given them the ability to know the Kingdom’s operations. Only to outsiders do things come in parables thus making it difficult for them to understand.
In real time Jesus does not share His secrets with those who are not part of the family just as we do not share our resources and how much we have with outsiders. This is to clarify the fact that Jesus is not prejudiced in any way, shape or form but does not commit His private affairs of the workings of the Kingdom to outsiders.
This reality that Jesus has given to His chosen the ability to know the mystery of the Kingdom means we should no longer walk in the dark concerning how the Kingdom principles work. We no longer have the excuse that we just can’t seem to understand how the Lord works out things in our lives.
We cannot say we don’t understand what the word means and how it will come to pass in our lives. We have the Person of the Holy Spirit to help explain and show us exactly how things come into being as we take the promises of the Lord and apply them to our individual circumstances.
Then watch the intervention of the Holy Spirit with the relevant wisdom, understanding and might with the support of the Angelic host step in to make that promise of the Lord come to pass in our lives.
It is beautiful and glorious to watch the Holy Spirit cause things which are non-existent come into existence on the spoken words of your mouth declaring what Jesus said and see mountain embedded situations be removed and replaced by words which were non-existent coming into reality. Mark.11:23 & 24.
This is the way the Kingdom operates by speaking words of faith without doubting in our hearts. Then watering those words daily with our confessions of truth still believing those words are coming to pass. Then refusing to accept any circumstances or situation which rise up against the words you have spoken by the devil seeking to divert your attention from what you had declared.
Meanwhile as we are doing our part Mark.4:26-29 is in operation which reads these words: And He said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, 27and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how.28For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head. 29But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.
The Kingdom is working with your words which are the seeds you sow. Once the words are sown don’t dig them up because just as a farmer would never go to dig out the seeds he plants in the ground because he knows the seeds planted know what to do in the soil to work in it to bring forth a harvest of exactly what they are.
This is vitally important, you can’t change the seed once it has been planted. Jesus explains this truth to Jairus in Mark.5:36 which reads these words: As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Do not be afraid; only believe.”
What was Jairus to still only believe? Jesus or the words he spoke to Jesus in Mark.5: and begged Him earnestly, saying, “My little daughter lies at the point of death. Come and lay Your hands on her, that she may be healed, and she will live.”
Notice that Jairus spoke words to Jesus to the effect that if He came to his home and laid hands on his daughter she would be healed. This was Jairus sowing the word he wanted to happen for his daughter. Jesus just obeyed what Jairus asked and started heading to his home.
The delay occurred because the woman with the issue of blood drew on the kingdom based on her words which were if I only touch the hem of His garment I will be healed which happened as she touched Jesus’s garment. Jesus, aware that power had gone from Him stopped everything because he wanted her to tell how she had operated the Kingdom through her words to see healing manifest in her body as she touched His garment.
In Mark.5:33 & 34 which reads these words: But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth. 34And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.”
Jesus allows her to tell the whole story and commends her as a daughter of faith which means she is a seed of Abraham so she could go in peace. It is at that moment in the delay that the person comes from the house of Jairus to tell him not to trouble Jesus because the daughter was now dead.
Jesus immediately intervenes by telling Jairus not to receive fear because of death but to only believe what he had sowed with his words when he met Jesus. Jesus then proceeded to go to his house to meet further obstacles as there were a bunch of mourners making a scene at his house overcome with grief.
Jesus politely tells them she is sleeping and they change instantly and start laughing at Him to the point of scorn. What was important was that Jairus did not dig out the seed of his word that he spoke to Jesus because it was in process and no obstacles were going to change the harvest of his daughter being raised from that sickbed.
Jesus then proceeds to throw them all out because they were looking at the funeral arrangements not her going outside to play. Once they were all out Jesus told the little girl to get up which she then did as the Kingdom of God was manifested in the house of Jairus that day.
To close this post let me remind you that you should as a lover and follower of Jesus understand how the Kingdom of God works. Remember without faith it is impossible to please the Lord so you are going to have to use faith which involves speaking words which are the seeds you sow in expectation of a harvest.
May these words of the Kingdom become a reality in your life as the grace in them empowers you to speak with boldness as you ought and manifest all the Father has apportioned for you in this season of time in Jesus name. Amen.
