During my communion time with the Holy Spirit this morning, He spoke about the importance of living from the reality of our new birth in the Spirit rather than the limitations, patterns, or iniquities inherited from our natural lineage. 1 John 5:4.

The Holy Spirit pointed out that while the enemy often uses family iniquity to accuse and weaken God’s people, the Holy Spirit continually reminds us who we truly are children of  the Most High God, born of the Spirit, carrying a different heritage with a higher authority. 1 John 3:1–3.

John 1:12–13 the Apostle John makes this distinction crystal clear pointing out that we are not born of human blood, or human will, or fleshly lineage but we are born of God.Therefore, our identity, destiny, inheritance, and spiritual rights come from the Lord Himself,  and not from the brokenness of our earthly families.

It is clearly evident that we could not rebirth ourselves, nor escape generational iniquity by human effort. However through Christ, we have received a completely new heritage, and with it, the full rights and privileges as citizens of the Lord’s Kingdom. Colossians 1:12–14.

In our Father’s house there is liberty from oppression, forgiveness from sin, deliverance from iniquity, and complete victory over every demonic accusation.
We must remember that Jesus did not only forgive us of our sins  but He became sin for us, by taking our punishment, and removing every accusation and “handwriting of requirements” that stood against us. Colossians 2:13–15.

Through His broken body and shed blood. Matthew 26:26–29. Jesus purchased our total freedom from the power of the enemy.

In Luke 1:74–75 the Lord reveals His intention through the prophesy of Zachariah as he spoke by the Holy Spirit declaring that the Lord saved us so we might serve Him without fear, free from enemies and free from the hatred of those empowered against us. We were once under death’s dominion, but now through Jesus we live under the wages of righteousness, which is abundant life. John 10:10.

The Holy Spirit pointed out that when Satan who is the accuser of the brethren Revelation 12:10 uses the iniquity of our earthly lineage to attack our minds, He  the Holy Spirit comes to remind us of our true identity and the power Christ secured for us. The Word the Holy Spirit gives us is our weapon against every accusing thought. Acts 10:38.

In Acts 3:19–21, 26 the Lord reveals an important progression which we must adopt in sharing our faith to others which is to first  repent of their sins, be converted, so that their sins may be blotted out. In order that times of refreshing may come from the Lord’s Presence to bring the restoration of all things so that they are turned away from their iniquities and receive the blessings of the Lord.

This is the true lifestyle of those born of God because we are free from condemnation, free from ancestral bondage, free from sorrow, and now full of righteousness, peace, joy, refreshing, and restoration through the precious blood of Jesus.

Romans 8:3–4 then emphasizes the heart of this truth by showing us that the father sent His Son to condemn sin in the flesh, so that the righteous requirement of the law could be fulfilled in us, as we walk according to the dictates of the Spirit.

This truth means that we are the fulfillment of God’s promise as walking expressions of Christ’s victory.  Therefore His blessings pursue and overtake us as declared in Deuteronomy 28:1–14, and His life in us guarantees us triumph in all things.

This victory is repeated again in Colossians 2:13–15 where we are told that Jesus wiped out every requirement that stood against us, removed every barrier to our success, and publicly disarmed all principalities and powers. So now we now live under the continual triumph of the Holy Spirit, as He empowers us to experience life in its fullest measure.

Romans 8:37–39 seals this truth in us as the Apostle Paul declares these words that we are more than conquerors through Christ’s unfailing love. The truth is that these truths are not “future hopes”we are expecting to happen but they are already accomplished realities that have happened. They are therefore our responsibility is to receive them, embrace them, then walk in them, and lay hold of every grace the Holy Spirit releases to make them real in our daily lives.

So today as you embrace these revelations, you are stepping into the Father’s good pleasure for your life which is to see His Kingdom operating in us, daily, visibly, and victoriously as Miracles become your normal standard of living. Then triumph becomes your pattern as freedom becomes your identity in Jesus name. Amen.
