Today will you let Jesus use what business you have to reach out to lives in the marketplace? Or are you too worried about whether you will be labelled a fanatic?

I know things did not go too well yesterday and understand why you feel quite frustrated. In my communion time with the Lord this morning the Holy Spirit prompted me to look at Luke.5:1-11 where Jesus requested to use Peter’s boat that was stationery. His intention was to teach the people about the Kingdom who had come to hear Him who were pushing to get close to Him by the shore of lake Galilee.

Now Peter and Co who were fishermen had a bad night fishing and had not caught any fish even though they had toiled all night long using their nets with bait to attract the fish. The nets needed to be cleaned and Peter was around the shoreline securing the nets, washing and checking to see if they were broken. Also checking the boat to ensure it was anchored and had no leaks.

Jesus on the other hand had a plan for that business that morning that involved all the partners of the business which was going to change their lives eternally. However, they had to agree to the plan of Jesus by allowing the Lord the permission to use what they had, which were their boats. This was necessary so Jesus could truly bless and reward them for putting their boat to be used to preach the Kingdom.

They had to give first which we generally don’t want to do but that’s the way to get God involved in your life.Genesis.8:22. Peter needed to be willing to allow Jesus to use his boat to preach the gospel of the Kingdom which he did. So Jesus proceeded to use the boat to reach out to those pressing to hear Him.

Once Jesus finished sharing, He gave instructions to Peter on what they needed to do to now catch fish. Remember they were the experts at that and now Jesus the preacher is telling them to go fishing in an arena where there was so much noise.

However Peter was discerning enough to do as Mary had advised the servants at the marriage feast in Canaan in John.2. That whatever Jesus tells you to do; just do it. This is because Jesus’ words never fail to produce great results.

Peter partially obeys by dropping down one broken net and amazingly learns something new about how to fish. That lesson of wisdom from Jesus that money cannot buy which relationship with Jesus alone brings into your life.

We need to admit that Jesus is Lord over all things and knows more about all things, including fishing because He created all things including fish and their habitat the water. Peter is convicted of his sin as the miracle catch happens and requests Jesus to depart from him because he is a sinful man.

Jesus responds by saying to Peter you are who I am looking for so follow Me and I will make you a fisher of men. Having seen the Kingdom in action in the marketplace Peter immediately leaves fishing with the other three partners in that company to follow Jesus.

They embark on a new pursuit in life following Jesus to become fishers of men. Imagine the new opportunities that were added to their lives as they would now travel around so many Cities and different scenes of life with Jesus meeting so many different people and watch Him heal, deliver and raise from the dead different people.

So today my friends, are you willing to let Jesus use your business and then give you wisdom to profit you in so many varied ways you could never have thought possible. No matter the effort you made?

It is time to rise to the challenge and experience Jesus at work in your life and business.

Have a miraculous, productive day with Jesus at the helm of your venture which you will be talking about for years to come.

Your new story will read Jesus changed my life course by setting me on the path of awesome blessings that I could never have imagined possible. Blessings.

The Holy Spirit this morning in my communion time with Him spoke to me that He wants to release and free all those who have been taken captive as hostages, kidnapped and robbed of destiny. Isaiah.42:21 & 22.

As I was worshiping and meditating on the word He gave me for today He pointed out to me that He wanted to release those who had been kidnapped and taken captive through various situations that occurred in the past where you were led astray by various so-called lucrative offers that seemed too good to pass on.

Unfortunately these had brought you into a place of agreement and bonding from which there seems to be no return passage out because it was satan originated.

I will now explain further the word the Holy Spirit gave me so you have a truth foundation word upon which you can stand when your deliverance is contested.

As long as we are in this world everything the Lord says or does for us can and will be contested. Therefore we need to build a fortress of defence around every deliverance the Lord gives us so that when it is challenged we do not cave into the pressure and go back into prison or bondage.

It was a great blessing that as I started out following the Holy Spirit He took me through Psalm.2 as my defence for everything He had taught me. I spent many hours meditating on Psalm.2 gaining the Spirit and life contained in it for my wellbeing when the promises of the Lord were contested in my walk with the Lord.

In Psalm.2:1-3 we read these words: Why do the nations rage, And the people plot a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, And the rulers take counsel together, Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying, 3 “Let us break Their bonds in pieces And cast away Their cords from us.”

The Holy Spirit went on to reveal to me that so many years before Jesus ever walked the earth in ministry this plan was set up against Him by satan which He would need to face. Then to defeat the opposition and accusation to the plan of the Lord.

This fact is reiterated by the Apostle Peter in Acts.4 where they as His disciples come under the same attack for speaking in the name of Jesus and manifesting His glory. They are threatened by the council of Jewish rulers and leaders who came together at an impromptu moment not to speak in Jesus name.

The apostles understood what was happening and flatly refused to heed the words of men as they gained a new boldness to speak by the Holy Spirit. Then went on to speak consistently in the name of Jesus thus manifesting higher levels of God’s glory which men could see.

This fresh understanding meant I knew from day one that no matter what the Lord said to me men controlled by satan would rise up and challenge it. This is because satan is the god of this world and works tirelessly against the plan of God and is willing to stir whoever has natural authority or in a position of influence to seek to stop your advancement in the Kingdom by threatening you to cease believing. Then bow to the pressure of these natural authorities to quit and come under bondage.

Through this understanding the Holy Spirit gave me the truth that meant I built a defense against all assaults satan would send my way to cause me to detour from the plan of Jesus for my life.

Jesus is able to free us in an instant at any time. However our ability to keep the deliverance we receive is what is necessary for us to cultivate and build up by maintaining our confidence and courage so we don’t slide back into bondage.

The Holy Spirit wants you to be ready to receive your freedom today but wants you prepared by being armed with fortification through the truth to never again lose what you have gained from the Lord. To become kidnapped and a hostage of satan who has been robbed of their destiny.

As I meditated on Proverbs.5:23 in the Passion translation which reads these words: Those who choose wickedness die for lack of self-control, for their foolish ways lead them astray, carrying them away as hostages—kidnapped captives robbed of destiny.

The Holy Spirit clearly pointed out to me that many had been kidnapped as captives which means you had no chance of escape because you were somehow ambushed into a place where you were caught and could not help it. For this very reason the Holy Spirit is going to release you as He did Peter in Acts.12 from the prison of Herod.

“This time however with the added support built into your heart through the word of the Holy Spirit that means you will not be taken again captive by kidnapping, because you have the word of the Lord to sustain you and empower you to resist all attempts to scare and drive you to submission.”

“You will no longer lose your deliverance but will keep it and become a beacon of light to a dying world as an emblem of praise to the name of Jesus.”

Therefore today take heed to these words by embracing the grace released through them. Then rise up and out from the prisons, dungeons and sequestered places you have been driven to and come into the glory of the covenant Jesus has prepared for you in His Kingdom which is to walk in the fullness of life.

May you today be so released that your freedom speaks so loud and clear that others see just how much the Lord has done to rescue you that they confess His Lordship and glorify His name in your lives as you demonstrate His power through signs, wonders and miracles in Jesus name. Amen.

The Holy Spirit spoke today in my communion time about the issue of prayers that have been hindered, delayed and where the answers have seemed so far away it hurts.Take heart because the Holy Spirit has an answer of peace for you concerning this issue.

It is time to revisit the prayers you have been praying for many years that seem to have been hindered and delayed. I know how awful it feels when we don’t receive an answer from the Lord on an important issue. Particularly when you are desperate to know whether the answer from the Lord for the prayer is a yes or no. This is particularly heartbreaking when the prayer requests are time sensitive, meaning you need to know what to do. However there seems to be no response from the Lord that gives you any hope or indication of time? 

Well in my communion time with the Holy Spirit He ministered to me from Luke.1:5-20 concerning the life of Zechariah and Elizabeth who had lived blamelessly before God yet had no child. Elizabeth the righteous lady was barren. Imagine the God lover and doer.The covenant daughter is barren and fruitless even though the promise of the Lord is to be fruitful and multiply in Genesis.1:22. 

How do you think this situation of being childless affected Elizabeth? What of all the rumors going around saying their righteousness was not authentic and there was some secret sin in their lives? We are to be empathetic as we look through scripture and understand that we are not the first to ever to face disappointments in our prayer life in a season which would then turn into a situation of glory beyond our imagination.

Well when the Angel Gabriel announces to Zechariah in Luke.1:13-18 that the prayer of many years before had been answered he found it very difficult to believe because so many years had gone by and now they were old. This is where the Holy Spirit wants us to walk in the place where no matter the delay or the hindrance we are still expecting that the Lord will fulfill His promise by bringing it into manifestation. This is because with the Lord nothing is impossible.

The Lord wanted His faithful servants to be a part of His Manuscript of Glory and Beauty by giving them a son to forerun Jesus. What an honor!

The delayed answer to that prayer was the position John had which no one else can ever have as the forerunner of Jesus and the only child born full of the Holy Spirit with a grand impactful life. The reward could only be given to faithful ones the Lord could trust to nurture and raise such a prophet who would walk as the Lord required. 

How about Daniel’s prayer in Daniel.10:12-15 which reads these words: Then he said to me, “Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia. If we look at what happened here Daniel’s prayer was answered the moment he started praying in heaven and his answer was hindered by the prince of Persia for 21days with Daniel left in the position not knowing what the Lord wanted him to do because he received no answer.

However Daniel kept in prayer and fasting throughout the 21days awaiting his answer which came on the 21st day. What we see here is that Daniel knew his covenant with the Lord and understood that the Lord would never withhold an answer to prayer from His servant so he waited in a position of readiness to receive his answer. This is the posture the Holy Spirit wants us to adopt because the Lord will never break His covenant of answering our prayers?

The prayer may be hindered from manifesting but not lost and if we can repent for leaving our prayer post we can recover the answer because it was only hindered not denied. There is a massive difference between the two. If you remove the hindrance you can have the answer. However if the answer was no you can’t experience what the Lord has denied you with a no.

The Holy Spirit made it perfectly clear that he wants to help us remove all the hindrances and delays to our prayers based on many different factors including unforgiveness, strife, pride, unwillingness to wait patiently on the Lord to understand the plan the Lord has for our lives to demonstrate a greater dimension of His glory.

Finally the Lord wants you to know that the answer to those prayers you are awaiting has a much further reaching impact than you know or can understand at this point in time and you are going to have to trust His process for you which will be rewarded with another wave of His glory manifesting in your life which will result in a greater expansion of the Kingdom of Jesus. 

Just remain reassured that the Lord has marked you out for an enormous story which He will tell in your life that will eclipse the long wait and give you a testimony that will speak about you eternally that will impact many for Jesus.

The reward will be that you are always remembered as being connected with God’s awesome power as an Ensign, “a banner and beacon of light that stands as a sign” in the work of the Lord that accomplishes marvels.

So be encouraged today as this silence of a positive answer to these prayers will turn out for your better, because the Lord has you covered under the shadow of His Almighty Wings in Jesus name.  Amen.

This morning again the Holy Spirit in my communion time has remained on expanding my understanding on the theme of my inheritance in the Lord and reinforced understanding its importance to me successfully walking the path ordained for this season.

I have come to understand from past experiences with the Holy Spirit concerning various other important issues which He has taught me. The importance of being saturated with truth to the point of overflowing with it. This means one will be sharing it from an overflowing position.

Thus the outpouring of the word shared will be the Holy Spirit who brings life to the hearer with the corresponding grace to do in like manner if they believe and receive it.

In Colossians.1:5 we read this wonderful truth from the Apostle Paul to these faithful disciples in Colossae from the passion translation: Your faith and love rise within you as you access all the treasures of your inheritance stored up in the heavenly realm. For the revelation of the true gospel is as real today as the day you first heard of our glorious hope, now that you have believed in the truth of the gospel.

The Apostle Paul talks about their faith and love rising within them which points to the fact that it has gone beyond surface level truth and it is the truth following from within their hearts as the morning Star Jesus becomes the dominant force within their hearts. 2 Peter.1:19-21.

Faith and love rising within the heart points to the experiential reality of that promise because it is delivered with the love of God shared abroad in the heart by the Holy Spirit.

The truth is that as this occurs in our hearts we are granted access to all the treasures of our inheritance stored up for us in the heavenly realm.

This heart reality is not a singular treasure as in a single expensive diamond or sapphire ring but very expensive diamonds and sapphires plural which are already ready and available in store ready for dispatch to the rightful owners who have been granted access to partake of those treasures.

Not everybody is granted that access but it is given to those who have taken Jesus at His word and followed Him by laying down their lives to serve Him, They meditate on His words by continuously confessing only what thus saith the Holy Spirit hence they walk in that light is through the access granted them.

If you have studied the life of the Apostles which I encourage you to do to watch their relationship with Jesus you will notice that He dealt with each of them on their current walk of faith including their commitment to Him.

Though Jesus had twelve Apostles not all twelve were with Him on the mountain of transfiguration to experience that unusual happening but Peter, James and John who had access to that conversation between the Father, Jesus, Moses and Elijah.

Jesus also granted these three disciples access to watch His prayer time in the garden of Gethsemane before His death on the cross for our sins in Mark.14:33.

It is not that Jesus favors one more than the other but what each does with the truth will determine how much Jesus will commit to you and trust you to steward on His behalf.

The Holy Spirit in a season of my walk with Him had me spend much time studying the introduction to all the letters the Apostles wrote to see if I was qualified to experience the truths written there rather than just claim them arbitrarily because they are in the bible .

It is in that season that I recognized what qualified me to partake of those truths and where I needed to step up by taking further action to qualify for more of the manifestation of truths.

The Lord does not just commit His treasure to those who leak out truth to the enemy by failing to honor Him.

“The Lord judges the intent and purposes of each heart and gives according to our heart’s decisions.”

I am sharing these truths with you based on the direction of the Holy Spirit so you also can correctly assess what you still need through judging your present walk with the Lord. You are being offered the necessary tools to make all the necessary corrections to get back in the place of close relationship with the Lord.

“Correction is of utmost importance for our spiritual development in the Kingdom of Jesus and we should all develop a desire to be corrected daily because without correction we will fail miserably. This is because we humans often make mistakes even in our hearing what the Lord says. So we are able to carry out His orders as He gives them.”

We far too often act on our presumption of what we think God is saying rather than take time to confirm exactly what the Holy Spirit is saying. It is always better to wait and confirm the direction of the Holy Spirit. It is not wise to just run ahead presuming you know exactly what the Holy Spirit directed and end up in a ditch wondering why the Lord failed you.

My prayer for you today is that as you hear these words. Accept and receive the correction pertinent to your situation. So you will find the grace supplied in them to lead you purposefully to take the next right step. By moving you forward into a position where you come into the place where you are able to access the treasures of your inheritance in the Lord. Your end result being that you begin to walk in that reality Jesus bought and paid for you to walk in to glorify His wonderful name.

As you surrender your heart and mind completely the Holy Spirit will help you navigate correctly and give you every grace you need to be able to do for the pleasure of the Lord in Jesus name. Amen.

The Holy Spirit this morning in my communion time with Him spoke to me about walking in the immense wealth of the treasures of our inheritance in Jesus which must become my primary focus. This requires persistent meditation and focus on the details of how to access these treasures to enable them to manifest in my daily life.

I love it when the Holy Spirit speaks to me about my inheritance because it is not a wage based on work I have done. However it is a gift from God to me because I happen to be one of His sons who He loves to endow with every good thing He has. Just as a parent provides everything their children need for life.

The Lord who created us provides more good gifts for us than any human with deceitful hearts. So the inheritance from Him is far greater. Romans.4:3 & 4.

Let me just remind us of Jesus’s position as the legal owner of all things in heaven and on earth for which He possesses all authority in both realms. Hebrews.1:2. That is the winning position and the Holy Spirit can give us from the resources Jesus possesses which are unlimited.

Jesus spoke these glorious words in Luke.12:32: “Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Everything in the Kingdom, that is every resource available for life and godliness is what gives God pleasure to give to us His children.

I can assure you that the Holy Spirit is not the withholder of every good thing but the giver of every good thing the Father has prepared for us. He helps us lay hold of our inheritance in the now season of life.

This is because the Father knows we need the Spirit of Might to live effectively and triumphantly on earth because He wants us to partake of what He has prepared which is made available for us to eat from. Isaiah.11:2.

Just think of the apostle Peter’s words to the crippled man at the beautiful gate in Acts.3:6: such as I have, I give to you in the name of Jesus rise up and walk.

You will notice that Peter does not offer him what he is hoping or believing for in the future but what he possesses in right now. Peter does not pray that in the future God will heal you. No, Peter makes it clear I know my inheritance and you can partake of it now because it has been given to me.

Peter had absolute confidence in his inheritance from Jesus and again in Acts.9:34 says these words: And Peter said to him, “Aeneas, Jesus the Christ heals you. Arise and make your bed.” Then he arose immediately.

Notice again that Peter gives from his inheritance in the Lord. Jesus heals you so get up and make your bed. Not I hope something good will happen for you Aeneas later, but rather receive healing now and get up. I know what inheritance I have in Jesus so just receive it.

This is the place the Holy Spirit wants us to walk in these days to glorify the Lord Jesus. This is why the Holy Spirit keeps speaking about embracing more and more of the reality of how much more treasure is available in our inheritance in Jesus and us knowing how to walk in it as Peter did.

No wonder Peter says these words to us in his first letter 1 Peter.1:4 & 5: to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

We have been endowed with an inheritance that cannot be corrupted and is undefiled. So it is impossible for that inheritance to fade away.

We need to know this reality and walk in the truth of that fact. With no doubts and concerns that it might fail because as Peter says it will not fade away and is reserved for our use.

I recall the evening in Freetown Sierra Leone while I was preparing for a meeting and there was a knock on the door. It was a group of deaf young adults from the deaf and dumb college who were sent to the Campus to come and beg money from the lecturer’s homes. This fellow had a letter making the request which he handed me. So I invited him in and proceeded to pray for him.

He immediately fell under the power of God, completely knocked out. As he came to reality he could hear after the touch of the Holy Spirit having been on the floor for 30 mins. He could then immediately start talking as he could now hear clearly as he rose up from the floor and left the home rejoicing as we spoke. He was no longer worried about receiving any money because the reason for wanting money had been solved .

He had received his life back through his ability to hear and his speech recovery which was far greater than the little money I could have given him for his impediment. It was a glorious moment for me because it was the first time a deaf and dumb person was healed through my ministry.

The miracle was such a blessing because he forgot what he had come for which was money because the Holy Spirit had stepped in meaning his life had now changed. So he would now be able to work and become productive in society.

We had a glorious meeting that night with the Holy Spirit healing many more people as they heard the story of the miraculous healing of the deaf fellow. There were many life commitments to serve the Lord more fervently as they saw the powerful work of the Holy Spirit in demonstration.

The Holy Spirit still has much more to share with us on the treasures of our inheritance in Christ and how we can access them to manifest them in our lives. I pray today that as you hear these words, grace will be imparted which will stir you to action to seek the Lord wholeheartedly to work with the Holy Spirit to see more of your inheritance in the Lord manifest on a daily basis.

Remember you are only requesting what the Father has already promised and apportioned to you if you will follow the leading of the Holy Spirit rather than man and traditions. Choose to deny yourself and allow the Holy Spirit to have your heart, soul and body. Then live for Jesus alone as you watch how your inheritance in the Lord will speak for you in Jesus name. Amen.

The Holy Spirit this morning reminded me in our communion time that today is a new day. For that reason we need to rejoice and be glad in it because there are things He the Holy Spirit has in store for us that will energize us by propelling us into the wonderful good works Jesus has prepared for us to carry out today to glorify His name on the earth. Ephesians.2:10

I for my part am therefore excited and thrilled at the prospect of what miracles the Holy Spirit wants to perform on those afflicted by satan to give them a new story of deliverance that will startle men as they observe the mighty power of the Lord in action. As Peter introduces Jesus to people in the house of Cornelius in Acts.10:36-38: How Jesus went about doing good healing all who were oppressed of the devil for God was with Him.

Hebrews.13:8 says these life giving words: Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. This means that when you introduce Jesus to people you should be able to say the same words Peter said because Jesus has not stopped healing all those oppressed of the devil. This is because His hand has not been shortened or paralyzed to such a degree that He cannot now heal people from the oppressions of the devil.

The reality is that Jesus is still the same which indicates He does wonders today just as He did in the days of Peter. We need to remember these facts, believe them, then walk in them. Then choose to represent Jesus correctly through the Holy Spirit by manifesting the same power He demonstrated in the healing of lives.

In the Anglican church where I started out my Christian walk. Unfortunately they did not represent Jesus correctly because they said Jesus had handed over the healing ministry to doctors. Fortunately I had begun my walk believing the Bible so I questioned this with the Pastors each week as they preached this. Then showed them through scriptures that Luke was a doctor so how did the Lord hand over healing to doctors.

Luke recorded all the healings Paul did in the book of Acts though he was the doctor with the ability to diagnose sickness in people. He never came to that erroneous conclusion though he was a trained Doctor. He honoured God because he knew the miracles he saw Jesus perform through the hands of Paul were real.

The good thing is that they never discouraged me from pursuing my faith in the Lord which included healing and deliverance which the Holy Spirit was teaching me each day.

Now the Holy Spirit is a Master at confirming the truth in the place where people question the ability of Jesus. I got to meet in that very church a Man’s daughter whose eyes were miraculously healed by Smith Wigglesworth laying hands on her in his home which further confirmed to me the reality of what the Holy Spirit was teaching me to believe for.

When I met the lady, his daughter who had perfect 20/20 eyesight at the present time, she said to me boldly that she could not attend the Anglican church of her parents because she knew she was healed by Jesus. So she could not sit down and listen to those who question the healing she had experienced by cutting it down.

This reminds me of the blind man healed in John’s gospel chapter.9 who the Chief Priests threw out because he would not agree with them that Jesus was a sinner. After having been healed by Jesus and having received sight for the first time in his life. He was excited about what Jesus had done to free him. No individual could convince him he was not healed. He could now see and no one could deny that reality.

I also had to leave the Anglican Church because I was growing and manifesting more of the Holy Spirit which included healings, the miraculous signs and wonders but could not express them. Their bias did not deter the Holy Spirit because He just went on to manifest through my life the healing power of Jesus in the Nations to release people from the oppression of the devil which Jesus is Master over.

You ask me why do I share these experiences? To make you certain of the reality of the Jesus you serve because He is real. Jesus still remains the same and will never change what He does which is to heal all oppressed of the devil.

I remember when I was in Chicago on Sunday morning I had woken up early, filled the home I was staying with intense prayer and worship awaiting what the Holy Spirit would do that day. That same morning in the Church service I had attended, who happened to be a friend of the Pastor who had invited me to minister in the USA who wanted me to stay longer so I could minister healing and deliverance to more people in the USA.

During the service I observed the former Pastor who was in a wheelchair and I asked the present pastor if I could pray for Him because I was angry that a servant of God was paralyzed.

When I started praying for the pastor’s healing the new pastor confessed to me and his congregation that he had doubted while I prayed that the pastor would be healed. He then took the opportunity to repent to his congregation in his message by telling his people that Jesus had visited that church that day.

Unfortunately they had rejected Him just like the Pharisees did as he openly repented being broken in heart and then asked me to pray for all the sick in the Church that morning.

We went on to have a healing service with various healings all around and it was a beautiful sight to behold as people went from doubt and unbelief to receiving healing which became the new ethos of that Church. Healing and deliverance with the joy of the Lord.

They even gave me an honorable offering though I was not the guest speaker but an attendee. In the end I became a friend to that Pastor who sought me for spiritual counsel.

I pray for you today that as you hear these words concerning Jesus still being the same your trust in Jesus as the Healer will be stirred back up into reality. You will surely find the grace in these words to activate you back in your pursuit to represent Jesus again in truth by demonstrating Him as He is: the Healer of all oppressed of the devil.

May your hearts burn with renewed passion and zeal to take hold of your inheritance in Jesus as you become a true representation of Jesus through signs, wonders and miracles which He ordained for you to walk in to glorify His name.

Then watch out because you will see what marvels begin to happen in your life as you receive and accept the words of Jesus to you. As you run after Him by surrendering to His program rather than man’s religion that limits and binds you to bondage. Observe as you become the vessel of honour through whom the Holy Spirit can show the majesty of Jesus in the lives of others. Amen.

The Holy Spirit wants you to put this word from the Lord as the priority for your life today. Proverbs.30:5 from the Passion Translation reads these words: Every promise from the faithful God is pure and proves to be true. The Lord is a wraparound shield of protection for all His lovers who run to hide in Him. Will you today run to meet this challenge from Proverbs:30.5 or remain on the fence?

Are you willing to take the Lord at His word by allowing the Holy Spirit to guide you to which relevant promise of the faithful God applies to your life and situation today in order for you to be wrapped around in the shield of God’s protection for your life?

Let us look closely at the Person of Jesus who makes this promise to see if it will actually happen as He spoke it. Is He capable of fulfilling what He said?

In John.2:5 Mary makes this statement concerning Jesus to those serving at the wedding: His mother said to the servants, “Whatever He says to you, do it.” Such confidence in the word Jesus speaks that she says any word which comes from His mouth just obey without question which they did and the results were startling.

How about the words of the disciples of Jesus in John.16:30: Now we are sure that You know all things, and have no need that anyone should question You. By this we believe that You came forth from God.” We are confident you know all things which no one can question.

What of the testimony of the Centurion in Luke.7:7: Therefore I did not even think myself worthy to come to You. But say the word, and my servant will be healed. The centurion was so confident in what Jesus said coming to pass that he said only say a word and it will happen. What confidence in the ability of Jesus just speaking and it happens.

It is our turn now to put our confidence in Jesus to work for us.

This is why we can take absolute confidence that the Lord will be a wraparound shield for us as we run to Him.

Well the Lord wants to do the same for you today if you allow the Holy Spirit to guide you to the specific promise that deals with your situation today, in order that you can receive His power working out on your behalf today.

This will cause you to ride triumphantly over everything surrounding and threatening you through the resurrection power of Jesus our Lord which is available to raise us up from any death situation.

Today is the day for you to experience God’s Hand working for you. So step in boldly like the centurion and take Him at His word. Jesus does not break Covenant Psalms.89:34 nor does He alter the word from His mouth.Psalms.89:34. The Lord is faithful who promises who also will do it.

Now what a glorious recipe for triumph in your life today. So take the step by allowing the grace supplied through these words to propel you to action which will result in this word manifesting in your life now in Jesus name. Amen.

The Holy Spirit this morning in my communion time reminded me of the importance of paying attention to the things we heard from the Lord. Please never minimize the small details of things we have heard from the Lord by neglecting them. If you read through the gospels with the intent of gaining Spirit and life you will find that Jesus always said to the disciples and again I say to you. I asked the Holy Spirit because I wanted to understand the Kingdom operation? Why did Jesus always go over the things He spoke to His followers?

The Holy Spirit responded by telling me that with us humans we easily forget the import of things very quickly. Therefore continuous repetition is the way that we keep important things as the priority in our lives because they are always before our face.

Jesus always wants us dwelling on the important things He speaks to us because His words are Spirit and they contain life which we receive as we dwell on them. John.8:31 & 32.

The Holy Spirit went on to remind me that the enemy also seeks to vary the instructions we receive from the Lord to keep us continually deceived. This is because through deception we can be robbed of our inheritance easily because we move away from the truth to embrace a lie. Satan is aware that no lie can stand in the truth which spells defeat and our mistake to believe the lie gives him the door to our lives. Luke.21:8.

Let me now share some words the Holy Spirit led me to look at from Hebrews.2:1-4 which reads these words: Therefore we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away. 2 For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just reward, 3 how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him, 4 God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will?

First of all let me say what the Holy Spirit taught me about the word of God. He pointed out to me that nothing God ever asks us to do is for God’s benefit but rather for our benefit. Then the Holy Spirit goes on to give me many examples through scripture that cannot be denied so I can be established in the truth of what He said.

The first example of this is when Jesus said we should give so that God would receive? No! so that we would receive back after giving in good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over shall men bring to our bosoms. The measure we use will be the measure we receive back Luke.6:38. It is so that we may have more available to us to give more. God wants us to give so it opens the door for us to receive more. I learnt that principle of giving and it works every time I give.

Let us now explore the Lord asking us to fast, Jesus pointed out concerning fasting in Matthew.6:16 by saying when we fast meaning we should be fasting, God gets the benefits? No! When we look at Isaiah.58;6,8 & 9 it clearly points out that we benefit from fasting. It reads these words: Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke?. Verses 8 & 9:Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard. 9 Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer; You shall cry, and He will say, ‘Here I am.’

Just look at the benefits of fasting and ask who does it bless? The person who fasts with the conclusion being that the Lord will overshadow your life with His glory.

It will be good for you to meditate completely on Isaiah.58 just to see how much you will benefit by fasting. This will also confirm irrefutably to you why obedience to God benefits your life and makes it much better.

Let’s go deeper into Hebrews.2 which I am explaining as it points to why we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard. That means we must meditate more on the things the Holy Spirit has spoken by confessing more faithfully these words because that is the only way we can keep them in our hearts continually.

Remember the Lord’s admonition to Joshua that secret in Joshua.1:8 & 9 which reads these words: This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

You will notice that the Lord said this word should not depart from your mouth, not your heart which means the way to get it into your heart is via confession which we need to do day and night. This is also how we give earnest heed to the things we have heard by rehearsing them over and over keeping them fresh in our hearts by our confession then taking the corresponding action on what we observe from meditating the word which will make our way prosperous and give us success.

This principle was given by the Lord to ensure our hearts don’t drift away. It is amazing how far away we can be away from the right place once we start drifting even one cm at each instant where we may end up. I have seen this with ships that start drifting and you end up where you did not plan because you navigated wrong with little steps which end up being miles away from your desired course.

It is terrible and frustrating when you drift off course as I realized when driving in Fort Worth Texas on the interstate highway by drifting off at the intersection and finding you are now on the highway to Oklahoma which happened to me. It was startling to see just how many miles I needed to navigate back just to get to a service station to retrace your steps and find a way back to Fort Worth.

This event shows exactly why it is so crucial to keep the word of the Lord in our mouths, daily by confessing them which keeps the heart focused and centred on truth. Refusing to be moved by fancy offers which seem easier and more comfortable which appeals to our desires . Satan always says to us you now know the word, so you don’t need to confess it all the time. That is being religious. Don’t believe that lie because it will cost you dearly.

I find the Holy Spirit continually reminding me to rehearse the truths I know over and over again by encouraging me to do refresher studies on what I already know of the truth to keep me up to date.

The Holy Spirit reminds me when my confessions are not as regular as should be to wake me up back to reality. You will find that what God says has such dynamic power and effect that to neglect saying it will cost you so much hassle. This is why the writer of Hebrews warns us against neglect because it will hurt you and the only way to prevent hurt is to stay on course by confessing and meditating the word continually.

My prayer for you this morning is that as you hear these words your hearts will be stirred to get back to daily confessing thus saith the Holy Spirit and ignoring your futile thoughts and opinions which have hampered your forward movement.

May the grace the Holy Spirit releases through these words propel you to take the necessary action to value with utmost intention all the words the Holy Spirit needs you working on so He can have His say, His way and His day in your life in this Auspicious season where the Lord wants to be seen doing His will through His servants.

This is so that His name is glorified on the earth and His kingdom expanded. I pray that you will be so stirred to action that your enemies will look in amazement and say how great your God is who has brought you out in triumph to glorify His wonderful name in your life in Jesus name. Amen.

Today I am sharing on the glory of the Lord being revealed from my communion time with the Holy Spirit from Isaiah.40:5 which is the harvest for spending time in the wilderness preparing for the word of the Lord to be manifested. In my two previous posts I opened up the importance of the wilderness season as it creates the opportunity to realign our hearts and minds with the Lord’s so we are walking in union with the Holy Spirit to manifest the glory of the Lord.

Let me remind us that regardless of the promise the Lord has made concerning your life unless you walk the path of the wilderness where your heart is exposed completely with all the evil lurking within it addressed. 1 Peter.1:2. Once we make the corrections and mindset adjustments in the wilderness we are then in position to reap the glory of the Lord which is what I am going to share with you now.

Isaiah.40:5 reads these words: The glory of the Lord shall be revealed, And all flesh shall see it together; For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” Most believers have been taught that the Lord does not share His glory with anyone. This means that this scripture in Isaiah.40:5 has no manifestation in our lives if we hold on to that belief. Let me break down what the Holy Spirit shared with me in this area concerning the glory of the Lord.

There are many levels of God’s glory which we can experience. As an example in John.9:3 we read these words spoken by Jesus: Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him. The healing of a man born blind is one level of God’s glory. In contrast, in John.11:4 & 40 it reads these words: When Jesus heard that, He said, “This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it.”

Then in John.11:40 Jesus reminds Martha about seeing the glory of the Lord with these words: Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?” The glory revealed through the blind man from birth receiving his sight is different from the glory revealed when Lazarus is raised from the grave.

We don’t see those who have been buried at the graveyard come out from there and start living again. The level of the glory revealed in Lazarus’s life is far greater than that of the blind man as numerous people left their Rabbi’s and church attendance once they saw Lazarus come out from the grave alive, back at home sitting at the table eating at a banquet prepared by Martha to honor Jesus.

The Holy Spirit determines the level of glory the Lord Jesus wants manifest to achieve the plan He has in any believer’s life which is why it is necessary for each of us to lay down our own puny thoughts in the wilderness season and line up with the Lord’s thoughts to see the higher level of glory the Lord wants manifested.

I recall a prophecy given to me in 2019 concerning the waves of glory manifesting in my life which I am now understanding the dynamics and spiritual wisdom of how this will manifest in my daily life. When the word was given to me in Virginia USA I received it wholeheartedly, but the process of its full manifestation in my life is ongoing and still unfolding.

My conception of the glory of the Lord in 2019 has now expanded to a much broader, wider spectrum as the Holy Spirit has revealed so much more of the scope of the glory of the Lord which I knew at that time in my life.

The valleys I have walked through have become the exalted places in my life as pointed out in Isaiah.40:4 while the mountains and hills which were trophies of glory have been reduced to the small place they deserve in my past seasons of life.

Believe me the glories of the Lord to come far outweigh what we have already experienced. The words of Jesus in John.5:19-21 become so real in our lives as we prepare to experience all the words the Lord had spoken before as we walk through the wilderness to emerge, manifesting the higher dimension of the glory of the Lord for men to see.

The beautiful reality of the manifestation of the glory of the Lord is that all flesh will see it together meaning that both the person walking in the glory and the enemies will experience it happening. The righteous experiencing the good part while the enemies experiencing being removed by it.

The Holy Spirit took me closer in to reveal Isaiah.60:1-3 which points to the reality that though the Lord had spoken of the glory being revealed in chapter:40. He now points out that we must arise even though nothing physical has changed and shine because the glory has risen upon you.

The glory will only be seen when we get up and shine. If we stay in the same place the glory will not manifest because the Lord said it. We must arise then we will shine as the glory manifests upon us.

“The glory of the Lord will only ever be seen through the human vessel the Lord has chosen to represent Him.”

The Holy Spirit reminded me that if Moses had stayed feeding the sheep of Jethro in Midian the glory of the Lord would not have been seen in Egypt through his hand. Moses had to arise and go back to Egypt and meet Pharaoh before we could see the glory of the Lord manifested in the presence of Pharaoh in Egypt through the signs and wonders Moses performed.

Moses shared in the glory of the Lord because without Moses the Lord could not reveal His glory in Egypt by signs and wonders. If Moses did not throw down his rod before Pharaoh none of the signs and wonders done which Rahab heard of would never have happened.

We are co-workers with the Holy Spirit to manifest the glory of the Lord. This is why it is said in Acts.10:38 that God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed of the devil for God was with Him.

The Father anointed Jesus with the person of the Holy Spirit not with just power adding proof that outside lining up with the will of the Lord in the wilderness there will be no glory of the Lord revealed.

The package is always the Holy Spirit first then His power so it is all God and not of men. I pray that these words will be the impetus for you to lay hold of the abundant grace necessary to walk in the level of glory the Lord has ordained for your life in Jesus name. Amen.

Today I continue sharing from my communion time with the Holy Spirit on the wilderness season of preparation from Isaiah.40:3 & 4 which read these words: The voice of one crying in the wilderness: “Prepare the way of the Lord; Make straight in the desert A highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted And every mountain and hill brought low; The crooked places shall be made straight And the rough places smooth;

Firstly you will notice that there is a cry from the Spirit in the wilderness which is a lonely place free from human distractions to prepare the way of the Lord. The wilderness season is not the time for us to think up ways on how to solve problems or fix things through human ability.

We are to prepare our hearts to lay hold of the way of the Lord on how He will change the present conditions to line up with what He has declared will happen on our behalf even though it looks impossible from the natural standpoint.

We are told that Moses knew the way of the Lord which explains why he could perform so many miracles by the hand of the Lord to change outcomes and free the people of Israel from Egypt. In Luke.4:1-15 we see Jesus being led by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness to prepare the way of the Lord.

He comes out triumphant from the wilderness season with an explosion of ministry activity characterized by miraculous events which broadcast His name everywhere because He brings beauty out of the ashes in people’s lives.

You will notice that Jesus emerging from the wilderness triumphant was completely in obedience to the Father’s will not His.

Make straight in the desert a highway for the Lord. This is where we get rid of all the mindsets and narrow ways of processing situations which are not straight but bent based on our family customs, traditions which make the word of the Lord null and void.

As we lay down these narrow ways in the desert we embrace the straight paths which become a highway free from congestion for the Lord to flow freely with His way of doing things in us which have the ability to create what the Lord wants.

This process will take time depending on how willing we are to let go of our ideas and opinions by accepting the Lord’s thoughts and changing to just obey them willingly.

It took the children of Israel forty years wandering in the wilderness because they refused to change their ways and embrace the way of the Lord. It took Jesus forty days which is our example because he paved the way for us to follow.

Every valley shall be exalted. Just think about all the valleys in your life. The lowest places you have walked through in disappointments and regrets will be exalted to prominence in your life. The Holy Spirit pointed out how Psalm.23 which reads though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.

The shadow of death is real and the Holy Spirit said that the valley of the shadow of death will be exalted in my life as my story of triumph. We always want to talk about the mountains we conquered but the Holy Spirit wants to exalt the low places we came through by His hand which glorify the Lord and not us.

Every mountain and hill brought low meaning the things we want to boast about that we accomplished and are our trophies the Lord wants them brought low so His work in our lives will have the exalted place.

In the wilderness season we are confronted with how we view these things and our responses will determine whether we will go on to experience the greater glory the Lord has spoken of or stay in our perceived place of victory with our mountains and hills of acclaimed success.

You will remember that satan used putting Jesus in high places of human glory as part of the temptation but wanted Jesus to bow to him for it. In the wilderness season there will be much of these grand positions offered but which require bowing to satan.

In Job.41:34 we read these words spoken by the Lord to Job: He beholds every high thing; He is king over all the children of pride.”

In the wilderness season as we prepare the way for the Lord we see how much pride is in us which we need to deal with and let go of otherwise satan will remain the king over our lives even though we confess we hate him. If pride is our motivation satan is at the helm of our lives and we are subject to his dictates because he is the king of pride.

The Kingdom of Jesus operates by humility which is raised to glory. Philippians.2:5-11.

The crooked places shall be made straight And the rough places smooth. Most times we never want to accept that as believers we are crooked so we never deal with crooked places because we believe believers can’t be crooked. Well in Isaiah.55:7 it speaks of the wicked forsaking his way.

The word for wicked is wickered or twisted or crooked which implies we can have twisted, wickered or crooked thoughts which we must forsake if we are going to operate in the way of the Lord.

In the wilderness we must confront those crooked thoughts about things which rob us of the Lord’s best for our lives by straightening them out with truth which comes as we embrace the word of the Lord outside our biases.

In Acts.9:11 we read these words: So the Lord said to him, “Arise and go to the street called Straight, and inquire at the house of Judas for one called Saul of Tarsus, for behold, he is praying.

We see here Jesus referring to street called straight as the place Paul was as he was converted after meeting Jesus used to show how the crooked places in his life would be changed to smooth out the path for the way of the Lord to be manifested in his life as Ananias is sent by Jesus to confirm that his life is truly changed and on the path to glory as he received his sight back and was filled with the Holy Spirit who would guide him into all truth.

From that point on Paul walks in truth and the path Jesus planned for him which is exactly what the wilderness season should do to position us for the glory of the Lord being manifested in our lives.

Through this wilderness season all rough places will be made smooth so the glory of the Lord will be revealed. I will share the aspect of the glory being revealed in my next post so you can work through this revelation from the wilderness which is absolutely necessary to walk in the plan of God for our lives.

May every grace abound towards you that empowers you to have no delays in the wilderness but only the necessary time to have you in shape just like Jesus to experience the triumphant glory of the Lord.
