Today I share the conclusion of my Communion time with the Holy Spirit on living in the realm of the Spirit of our heavenly Father.

We as followers of Jesus are called to remember the sacrifice of Christ for us continually because on the night Jesus was betrayed, after His followers had denied and abandoned Him, He took bread, blessed it, broke it, and gave it to them, declaring that it was His body broken for them. He then took the cup and declared it to be the New Covenant in His blood, shed for the remission of sins. This is recorded in Luke 22:17-20. where Jesus specifically instructed His followers to do this in remembrance of Him. Partaking of communion therefore continually brings us back to the reality of what Jesus accomplished on our behalf.

The statements Jesus made concerning His body and blood are immutable. They establish our right to experience the benefits of everything He accomplished for us. His sacrifice changed our position before the Lord and opened the way for us to live from a new covenant, a new heritage, and a new spiritual identity we inherited from Christ. Jesus we are told came to save us from our enemies and from the power of those who hate us so we could serve Him without fear in holiness and righteousness all the days of our lives. Luke.1:71,74-75. He did not come to condemn us, because humanity was already under condemnation and subject to death.

The purpose of His coming was to rescue us from what sin had produced and restore us to the life God intended for us. Luke 1:71, 74-75 speaks of us being saved from our enemies and delivered from the hand of those who hate us so that we might serve God without fear, in holiness and righteousness before Him all our days. We were experiencing the wages of sin, which is death. But Jesus paid the price so that we could now experience the wages of righteousness, which is life. This fact is consistent with the declaration of John 10:10, where Jesus says that He came so that we might have life and have it more abundantly.

Therefore, the Christian life is not merely about us being rescued from punishment. It is about us entering into and experiencing the life Christ purchased for us to live on earth. Jesus came so that what sin had robbed from us could be restored and so that we could experience the abundance of life that flows from our new position in Him. One of the greatest battles we face is the attempt of the accuser to make us forget our new identity.

Revelation 12:10-12 identifies Satan as the accuser of the brethren, and the one who accuses them before God day and night. His strategy is to attack our minds and attempt to pull us out of the place of security that Christ purchased for us. The enemy seeks to use the iniquity associated with our natural heritage as ammunition against our spiritual identity because he wants us to look backward at where we came from instead of looking at what Christ has accomplished for us and who we have now become in Him. However the Holy Spirit comes to remind us of the truth.

So when accusations arise, we must remember that our natural heritage is not our highest heritage. Our past does not have the authority to define our future. The iniquity we inherited from family no longer has the final word over the life we now possess in Christ because we have been born of God. We have received the right to become children of God because we have been brought into a new covenant of life.

We have been delivered from the handwriting of requirements that stood against us because Jesus became sin for us and bore our punishment, and He came to save us from our enemies and deliver us from the fear and dominion that held us captive. Jesus came so that we might experience life and life that more abundantly. Therefore, we must stop allowing the enemy to define us by the history of our natural birth when the Lord has given us a new spiritual birth.

The Holy Spirit is continually calling us back to the truth of our identity by reminding us that we belong to God. So our confidence must come from us knowing whose we are, knowing what Christ has done for us, and knowing what has become available to us as children of our heavenly Father.

We are no longer called to live from the limitations of our earthly heritage but from the limitless reality of our heavenly inheritance. The spiritual benefits of heaven are not merely distant promises we hope for, but through Christ, we have been given the right and privilege to experience the life of our heavenly Father’s house here on earth.

The call from the Holy Spirit, therefore, is for us to renew our minds, transform our hearts, recognise our spiritual position, reject the accusations of the enemy, and walk confidently in the authority and privileges of our new birth in Christ. We must allow the Holy Spirit to continually remind us that our origin in God is far greater than our history in the flesh.

I declare that I am born of God and my identity is established in Him. I refuse to be defined by my natural heritage, my family history, former iniquities, past failures, or the accusations of the enemy because I belong to my heavenly Father, and I walk in the rights and privileges of His household.

I declare that every handwriting of requirements that stood against me has been cancelled and taken away through the finished work of Jesus Christ. So every accusation of the enemy is silenced by the blood of the New Covenant and I am free from the dominion of sin and I am delivered from the oppression of the devil.

I declare that Jesus has taken my place, by carrying my sin, bearing my punishment, and opened the way for me to live in the freedom and righteousness He purchased for me. Therefore, I receive the life He came to give me which is life and life more abundantly. I declare that I will not live from the limitations of my earthly origin any longer, but from the reality of my heavenly birth. I am a child of God and I know whose I am, and to whom I belong , and I know whom I serve fully.

Holy Spirit, I ask you to continually remind me of my true identity and teach me how to live from the reality of my new birth. Give me the grace I need to walk confidently in my authority as a child of the Most High God. Let all the spiritual benefits of my heavenly Father’s house become increasingly evident in my life here on earth. I declare that all the accusations of satan will no longer move me, my past will no longer define me, and my inherited iniquity will no longer imprison me, and condemnation will no longer govern my mind.

I am established in Christ Jesus, having being secured by His finished work of death and resurrection, and empowered by His Holy Spirit. I am therefore born of God and I belong to the Lord and I live from the resources of the Lord. I walk boldly in the liberty Christ purchased for me and I receive the life He came to give me, and I will manifest the reality of my heavenly heritage on earth, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Today I am sharing Part:1 of my communion time with the Holy Spirit.

This message comes from a time of communion with the Holy Spirit where He shared the difference between living from our natural heritage and us living from the realm of the Spirit of our heavenly Father. The desire of the Holy Spirit is that we receive grace and total confidence to live out our earthly walk from the reality of heaven, so that the spiritual benefits of our heavenly inheritance become manifest in our lives here on earth as we bear witness to the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead to His position seated at the right hand of the Father in heaven .

As I was worshipping the Lord in the beauty of His holiness, the Holy Spirit began to emphasise the reality that those who have received Christ have been born anew by the Spirit of their heavenly Father. This fact creates a profound distinction between who we were according to our natural birth and who we now are according to our spiritual birth in Christ.

We must learn to live from the reality of being born of God Almighty rather than allowing our natural family history, earthly identity, or inherited patterns of thinking on earth to define our existence. There is a vast difference between us living from the Holy Spirit and all the grace He supplies us from living according to our earthly nature. One of the reasons the Holy Spirit is so important to us is that when family iniquity attempts to overwhelm us through the relentless accusations of Satan, the Holy Spirit reminds us whose we are, to whom we belong, and whom we serve.

The enemy always seeks to use our past, our family background, and the iniquity associated with our natural heritage to frame us according to an identity that Christ has already redeemed us from through His precious blood. Jesus spoke about the operation of workers of iniquity in Luke 13:27. The enemy uses the reality of iniquity in our backgrounds to accuse, limit and define us, by attempting to rob us of the blessings and privileges that belong to us as God’s children.

But the truth is that we who have been born anew by the Spirit of God must recognise our rightful position as children of the Most High God and learn to walk in the authority of that position where we are seated together with Christ in the heavenly places. John 1:13-14 gives us a life-changing revelation concerning our new identity in Christ: “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

”The reality of this truth must become more than theological knowledge to us and we are called to meditate upon it until it changes the way we think about ourselves and transforms the way we live out our lives on earth. We must allow our minds to be renewed so that our hearts become established in the reality of our new birth to the point where only what the Lord says about our spiritual identity becomes the governing reality of our everyday lives.

We must remember that this was the reason Christ came into the earth which is to make possible an entirely new existence for humanity to inherit His DNA and divine nature. Luke 2:13-14 points us to the significance of Christ’s coming and the heavenly purpose surrounding His birth because we could not give birth to ourselves. We were born through natural parents, and our natural parents themselves carried the effects of family iniquity.

Consequently, we inherited things that we had no ability to change or remove by ourselves. We were born into natural families with histories, patterns, weaknesses, and iniquities that we could not free ourselves from through our own strength. However when we receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, we are born anew and we receive a completely different heritage that of God Most High. Our natural birth no longer has the final word concerning who we are as John reveals that we have now been born “of God.”

Therefore, we must learn to live from our new spiritual origin rather than continually allowing our natural origin to define us based on our human limitations. So knowing our rights from being blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places must become our pursuit. Ephesians.1:3 The rights we possess in Christ determine, to a great extent, the kind of life we experience because knowing our rights reveal what is legitimately available to us to draw from.

Once we become children of God, we are entitled to the rights and privileges associated with being members of our heavenly Father’s household. We must therefore become conscious of what is available to us in our Father’s house and learn to live from them. The first great reality of our Father’s house is liberty from the oppression of the devil because in Christ, there is a total separation from sin and iniquity because Jesus dealt completely with the legal demands that stood against us.

Colossians 2:13-15 reveals that Christ forgave our trespasses and cancelled the handwriting of requirements that was against us, removing it from our lives by triumphing over principalities and powers. The enemy may attempt to remind us of what belonged to our former life, but Christ has already dealt with the record that stood against us. So we are not required to continue living under the condemnation or oppression of what Jesus has already removed off our lives. We must remember that Jesus did more than just forgive our sins but He also took our place by becoming sin for us.

This message emphasises an important revelation concerning the work of Christ by revealing that Jesus did not simply wait for us to repent and then decide to forgive us and save us because we made the decision to change. He took our place and He became sin and iniquity for us and bore the punishment of death on our behalf so that we could be free to live for righteousness. Isaiah 53:10-12 reveals the suffering Servant who gave Himself as an offering for sin and bore the iniquities of many.

Therefore, our freedom is not based on our ability to overcome our past through human effort but it is rooted in the finished work of Jesus Christ as He carried what belonged to us so that we could receive what belongs to Him. This is why the communion Jesus established is so significant.

I declare that I am born of God and my identity is established in Him. So I refuse to be defined by my natural heritage, my family history, my former iniquities, my past failures, or the accusations of the enemy against me. I belong to my heavenly Father, and I walk in the rights and privileges of His household here on the earth.

I declare that every handwriting of requirements that stood against me has been cancelled through the finished work of Jesus Christ. I declare that I will no longer live from the limitations of my earthly origin but from the reality of my heavenly birth because I am a child of God who knows whose I am, and to whom I belong , and I know whom I serve faithfully in Jesus name. Amen.

The Holy Spirit in my communion time addressed one of the deepest struggles many followers of Jesus face which is what should we do when we continually make mistakes, fall into the same snares, and feel we have disappointed the Lord again?

Firstly rather than allowing failure to produce condemnation in our hearts, the Holy Spirit directs us to a truth from Scripture that completely transforms our perspective, by replacing defeat with hope, restoration, victory, and triumph. This revelation began as the Holy Spirit instructed me over a season of time to study the lives of each of the apostles individually, paying close attention to the characteristics that defined them.

Through this study, so many remarkable truths emerged that are only discovered when the Holy Spirit directs our attention to them. The first focus was placed on the Apostle John, whose life demonstrates the incredible power of repentance and humility. So although John once made a serious mistake that could have cost him his destiny, as it ultimately did for his brother James, he found grace in the sight of Jesus and was completely restored, escaping the judgment that followed his earlier error.

The unfolding revelation begins by recalling the account where James and John had approached Jesus requesting the highest positions in His Kingdom, by asking to sit at His right and left hand in His glory. Their request revealed selfish ambition, pride and a desire for pre-eminence, which is contrary to everything Jesus had taught about greatness in the Lord’s Kingdom. Jesus consistently taught that true greatness only comes through humble service, childlike dependence upon the Father, and serving others rather than pursuing positions of honour.

Jesus responded to their request by explaining that those positions had already been prepared by the Father and were not His to give. Yet the brothers persisted in their pursuit for supremacy. Jesus then lovingly challenged them by asking this pertinent question: “Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink?” Blinded by pride they believed this to be an invitation for them to receive greater honour, so they confidently answered that they were able. Jesus then declared that they indeed would drink His cup, yet the positions they desired would still not be theirs.

The Holy Spirit highlighted an important principle of reality that when Jesus speaks a word, it carries authority and certainly comes to pass, just as His prophecy to Peter that he would deny Him three times was fulfilled exactly as spoken. The Holy Spirit then drew my attention to what happened afterward in their individual lives. John we see stood at the foot of the cross during Jesus’ crucifixion (John 19:25–37) where he witnessed the suffering of Christ first hand and heard Jesus pray these words:” Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”

Watching Jesus become the Lamb of God who bore the sins of humanity profoundly transformed John’s heart. He came face to face with the price Jesus paid for our sin and understood the reality of forgiveness, repentance, and redemption. From that moment onward, we find out that John never again pursued personal prominence or competed for position in the Kingdom. Instead, he devoted himself to humbly serving Christ, by supporting Peter and the other apostles, and faithfully carrying out the Lord’s purposes.

The contrast between the two brothers lives becomes striking years later when Herod succeeded in executing James, revealing his sudden and tragic death without remedy. The Holy Spirit then connected this event to Jesus’ earlier words about them drinking His cup. James had agreed to drink that cup and, according to this message, never repented of the pride that accompanied his earlier request for greatness.

So although Scripture promises that no weapon formed against God’s servants shall prosper and that every tongue raised against them shall be condemned, James had opened a door through his earlier agreement and failed to return from it through repentance.

Herod based on his success with James then sought to execute Peter as well, yet Peter was miraculously delivered because he had never agreed to drink that cup only Jesus could bear.

Instead of Peter dying, Herod himself in the process perished, demonstrating the Lord’s ability to reverse the enemy’s plans against His servants. John, however, experienced an entirely different outcome because he repented after witnessing Christ’s sacrifice. The Holy Spirit emphasised the fact that John understood the cleansing power of repentance, confession and forgiveness, which he later included in his writing in 1 John 1:8–10, which teaches that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us of all our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

John seemed to have understood the fact that repentance restores believers back to righteousness, renewed fellowship, and spiritual authority. So because of this act of humility, John went on to outlive the other apostles, as he continued serving faithfully, to the point of receiving the glorious revelation of the exalted Christ on the Isle of Patmos, and was entrusted to write the closing revelation of Scripture concerning Jesus revealed in glory.

The Holy Spirit uses John’s life to teach a powerful lesson that even followers of Jesus can sometimes make foolish requests, by acting out of pride, or agreeing with thoughts planted by satan without recognising the long-term consequences of such actions. Left unchecked, these attitudes can damage destinies and result in premature death. Yet the Lord’s desire is not our destruction but our total restoration.

Jesus came to rescue us from our own fallen hearts, from deception, pride, and the lies that satan continually presents as bait to entice us to sin. This message therefore encourages every follower of Jesus to remain pliable and teachable before the Holy Spirit. When we fail, and are corrected our response should never be denial or stubbornness, but quick repentance, through humility, and a willingness to receive correction and make the necessary change.

The grace supplied through Christ enables us to return immediately back to the path of life. John’s own writings make this balance perfectly clear. In 1 John, he does not encourage followers of Jesus to continue living in habitual sin, because persistent sinful practice reveals a life contrary to Lord. However, he acknowledges the fact that followers of Jesus will at times stumble.

When we do miss it, we are not without hope and through confession, repentance, and Christ’s forgiveness, we can be cleansed completely from all unrighteousness and restored back to walking in righteousness. The revelation also distinguishes between James from Judas because James remained a faithful follower of Jesus, yet an uncorrected attitude of pride affected his destiny. Judas, on the other hand, never returned to Christ in repentance. So the lesson for us is the fact that even faithful followers of Jesus must continue to remain sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s correction lest pride rob us of the Lord’s intended purpose for our lives.

The Holy Spirit is therefore calling us the followers of Jesus to cultivate the kind of humility John displayed after the cross by remaining quick to repent, eager to receive correction, and determined never to allow pride or presumption to derail us from the destiny the Lord has prepared for us to experience. Such humility always preserves life, restores authority, and enables us as followers of Jesus to fulfil completely the assignment the Lord has given us to accomplish on earth for His glory.

In the mighty name of Jesus, I declare that every spirit of condemnation, failure, shame, and discouragement is broken from off your life. I declare that the grace of genuine repentance is being released upon you, to enable you to respond quickly to the conviction of the Holy Spirit and never remain bound by your past mistakes.

I declare that, like John, you will behold the greatness of Christ, as you embrace His forgiveness, and walk in increasing humility before the Lord. Pride shall not rob you of your destiny, nor shall presumption divert you from the Lord’s perfect purpose for your life.

May the Holy Spirit make you more sensitive to His correction, by giving you a soft pliable heart that responds immediately to His voice. Every error that could have hindered your future is being redeemed through the mercy and cleansing power of the blood of Jesus Christ. I declare that you will no longer live under the weight of repeated failure, but under the triumph of Christ’s finished work.

As you confess your shortcomings before Him, you shall be cleansed from all unrighteousness, restored to righteousness, renewed in spiritual authority, and established firmly upon the path of life. May you finish your race faithfully as John did, growing continually in revelation, intimacy, and usefulness to the Kingdom. May the Lord entrust you with deeper revelation, greater fruitfulness, and lasting impact as you walk humbly with Him all the days of your life.

I declare that your story will no longer be one of repeated defeats and losses, but one of restoration, wisdom, maturity, victory, and triumph. The mercy of the Lord shall preserve your destiny, and you shall fulfil completely without fail every assignment the Lord has prepared for you, as you bring glory to Jesus Christ all the days of your life in Jesus mighty name, Amen

The Holy Spirit revealed in my communion time with Him that the life of Philip demonstrates a foundational truth for every follower of Jesus to imitate regarding the fact that the moving of the Holy Spirit is something to be caught rather than it to be merely taught. It is not primarily learned through theory but through continual communion, practical obedience, and walking with the Holy Spirit day by day. This lifestyle of being in the Holy Spirit transforms not only our ministry but also the way we as followers of Jesus process information, discern the Lord’s voice, and participate in His Kingdom purposes.

It is a lifelong journey of being taught by the Holy Spirit through experience, resulting in spiritual longevity, accuracy, and fruitfulness. The Holy Spirit first drew my attention to Philip’s introduction in Acts 6:5, where a crisis arose concerning the daily distribution of food to widows. Faced with this practical problem, the apostles refused to abandon their priority of prayer and the ministry of the Word in order to manage administrative matters. Instead, they instructed the church to appoint seven qualified men.

The qualifications given in Acts 6:3-4 are deeply significant. The apostles did not seek individuals with expertise in food management or administration. Instead, they specifically required men of good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, while they themselves remained devoted continually to prayer and the ministry of the Word. This demonstrates that the Lord’s solutions to issues are never just merely natural, because they require people governed by the Holy Spirit, whose wisdom and peace preserve unity in the body and advances the Kingdom expansion.

Philip becomes a model for ordinary followers of Jesus who want all the Lord has promised. He held no prominent title or position within the church. Yet because of his intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit, he became the Lord’s chosen vessel whenever divine solutions were required. His life reveals that promotion in the Kingdom does not come through politics, ambition, or human recognition, but through continual fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit emphasised the supernatural progression of Philip’s life. From the very beginning, Philip consistently remained full of the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18), and this continual filling positioned him for increasing responsibility in the Lord’s Kingdom. Wherever Philip served, the peace and order of the Holy Spirit prevailed. So we as followers of Jesus are therefore encouraged always to pursue being chosen as candidates by the Holy Spirit for Divine assignments. By continually remaining full of the Spirit, no person can ultimately prevent the purposes the Lord has ordained for our lives.

After faithfully serving in the food distribution ministry, Philip next appears in Acts 8:4-8 following the persecution that scattered the believers. While many were uncertain of how to respond to the crisis, Philip followed the leading of the Holy Spirit into Samaria. There he preached Christ, and the Holy Spirit confirmed the message with extraordinary miracles. Multitudes received the Gospel, where unclean spirits were cast out, the lame and paralysed were healed, and great joy filled the entire city.

The Holy Spirit revealed that Philip’s success was not accidental and his mission fulfilled words Jesus Himself had spoken years earlier in John 4:34-38 while ministering in Samaria. Jesus had declared that the fields were already white unto harvest and that others would later reap what He had sown. Although Philip had not been physically present when Jesus spoke those words, the same Holy Spirit who inspired Jesus in John.4 later directed Philip into Samaria to complete the word Jesus had prophetically declared.

Interestingly, although the apostles themselves had heard Jesus speak about Samaria, they had made no plans to evangelise that region. Philip, however, proved willing to follow the present leading of the Holy Spirit, which allowed him to become the instrument through whom Jesus received His promised harvest in that region.

The Holy Spirit therefore is calling us the followers of Jesus to examine how often our delayed obedience or hesitation has caused us to miss out on present Kingdom harvests. He urges sincere repentance for every season of slowness or disobedience we succumbed to and calls us to a renewed commitment to follow every instruction promptly so that Jesus receives the harvest of souls that are due to Him. Philip’s greatness through the Holy Spirit, however, did not lie merely in his successful ministry but in his remarkable humility.

Although he experienced extraordinary miracles and widespread public recognition in Samaria, he did not establish his own ministry empire, by seeking personal fame, or building his reputation upon his ability to bring revival. Because he remained emptied of self while ensuring that he was always full of the Holy Spirit, and he willingly handed responsibility for the work of developing spiritual maturity over to the apostles. Immediately after such a campaign, he remained open to the Holy Spirit who directed him toward an unlikely destination, a desert road.

In Acts 8:26-30, an angel instructed Philip to travel south toward Gaza. Although this assignment initially appeared to make little sense, Philip obeyed without hesitation. As he travelled, the Holy Spirit progressively unfolded the purpose of the mission, Philip encountered the Ethiopian eunuch, a high-ranking government official under Queen Candace of Ethiopia, who was returning from a time of worship in Jerusalem as he was reading the prophecy of Isaiah in his chariot.

The Holy Spirit then instructed Philip to approach the chariot which Philip immediately obeyed and he asked the eunuch, “Do you understand what you are reading?” At precisely the moment the eunuch sought understanding, the Lord had already positioned Philip with the answer. This extraordinary spiritual timing demonstrates the importance of our continual sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. Philip’s readiness to walk in the Spirit enabled him to become the Lord’s answer to another person’s sincere prayer.

Through explaining Isaiah’s prophecy concerning Christ, Philip led the eunuch to salvation and baptized him. Then the Ethiopian returned home rejoicing in the Holy Spirit, carrying the Gospel back to Africa. So through Philip’s simple obedience, revival was introduced into an entire continent, fulfilling Christ’s Kingdom purposes in remarkable fashion (Acts 8:31-39). The Holy Spirit is encouraging us as followers of Jesus to meditate deeply upon this account and ask Him to develop in us such similar spiritual accuracy, thus making us instruments through whom His miraculous purposes are fulfilled.

This realm of spiritual precision flows only from our continual communion and conversation with the Holy Spirit regarding Jesus’ daily Kingdom agenda for our lives. As followers of Jesus we must remain continually in step with Him rather than allowing our hesitation, fear, or self-will to delay our speedy obedience. Philip’s journey on that occasion did not end there because immediately after baptizing the Ethiopian, Acts 8:39-40 records that the Holy Spirit supernaturally transported Philip to Azotus, where he immediately continued preaching Christ.

Philip’s entire ministry became characterized by instant obedience to the voice of the Holy Spirit, supernatural guidance, and uninterrupted Kingdom advancement. I was reminded by the Holy Spirit of the season many years ago where I had asked Him for the grace to experience this same level of continual union with Him and to remain consistently on the cutting edge of what the Lord is doing.

While I remain grateful for what the Lord has revealed, there still remains in me an ongoing pursuit for deeper revelation, greater manifestations of the Holy Spirit, and more opportunities for Jesus alone to receive glory as men marvel at His power and supremacy as I preach His gospel of the Kingdom. The final picture of Philip amazing journey of faith appears many years later in Acts 21:8-11, which reveals clearly the long-term fruit of a life lived in continual communion with the Holy Spirit.

Philip remained faithful over the years, and now his household reflected the same spiritual atmosphere he imbibed as his four virgin daughters continually prophesied, demonstrating that communion with the Holy Spirit had become the culture of the entire family. Prophets such as Agabus gladly visited Philip’s home because the tangible Presence of the Lord so powerfully rested there. Wherever the Holy Spirit is deeply honoured, greater measures of His power are released.

Philip intentionally trained his daughters to love fellowship with the Holy Spirit, resulting in a household saturated with prophetic ministry and the Lord’s presence. Remarkably, his home had become a greater centre of Holy Spirit activity than the church in Jerusalem, which had gradually become more of a monument than a movement in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit revealed that Philip’s continual spiritual accuracy resulted from years of daily seeking the Lord’s will.

Because both he and his family devoted themselves to continual communion with the Holy Spirit, prompt obedience became their lifestyle, leaving little room for their human failure to hinder the Lord’s purposes for their lives. This is the pattern the Holy Spirit desires for every follower of Jesus to walk in a sustained spiritual intensity over many years, without decline, so that the Kingdom of Jesus continues advancing unhindered on the earth.

This message concludes with an earnest call for followers of Jesus to embrace this revelation by making whatever spiritual adjustments are necessary to deepen your daily communion with the Holy Spirit. As more time is devoted to listening, praying, and fellowshipping with Him, we will be promoted in the Spirit and begin experiencing increasing signs, wonders, miracles, divine direction, supernatural wisdom, and Kingdom harvests.

The Holy Spirit promises to reveal future events, provide strategies for navigating difficulties, and expose every scheme of the enemy before it succeeds. As we the followers of Jesus remain in close union with Him, satan’s attacks will melt away like wax before the manifest presence of the Lord.

Through the grace flowing from this word may the Holy Spirit establish an entirely new walk in the heart of every follower of Jesus who embraces this path of continual communion. May the grace through this word cause you to accomplish in weeks what might naturally require decades, thus revealing the greatness of the resurrected Jesus and the reality that you are His co-heirs.

In the mighty name of Jesus, I declare that the grace to walk in continual communion with the Holy Spirit shall rest upon your life. May you become a vessel continually full of the Holy Spirit and divine wisdom, just as Philip was, and may every assignment the Lord has prepared for you find you ready, willing, and obedient to walk in its manifestation.

I declare that you shall become increasingly sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit. You shall hear His instructions clearly, respond to them promptly, and never miss the harvests He has prepared for you. Every hesitation, delay, fear, and resistance to His leading is broken off you in Jesus’ name.

May the Holy Spirit develop within you spiritual accuracy, supernatural discernment, and unwavering obedience. So just as He guided Philip from one divine assignment to another, so shall He order your steps into His prepared works for you that glorify Jesus and establish His Kingdom.

I declare that your life, and that of your family, and your home shall become places where the Presence of the Lord dwells richly. Like Philip’s household, may your home become saturated with the Holy Spirit, filled with His wisdom, His prophetic voice, and His miraculous power.

May signs, wonders, miracles, divine appointments, and Kingdom harvests follow your obedience. The Holy Spirit shall reveal to you future events, by exposing to you every scheme of the enemy, and giving you the necessary wisdom to navigate every circumstance with victory.

I declare that the Holy Spirit shall accomplish through your surrendered life what would naturally require many years, by accelerating His purposes so that nations will witness the greatness, authority, and supremacy of the resurrected Jesus. May your life continually bring glory to His name as you walk faithfully in step with the Holy Spirit all the days of your life in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

The Holy Spirit reveals in this message why we the followers of Jesus so often instinctively turn to human beings as our first source of help instead of looking to the Lord first, who is our ever-present Helper. The Father desires His children to make the Holy Spirit our primary source of refuge, wisdom, strength, and deliverance in every circumstance. As we the followers of Jesus embrace this truth and receive the grace to yield in dependence upon the Holy Spirit first, we will begin to experience consistent triumph through His miraculous interventions rather than living dependent upon our human ability.

The foundation scripture of this revelation is Psalm 46:1, which declares that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. The Holy Spirit emphasised the fact that His help is not reserved only for moments of crisis but is equally available during our seasons of success. He desires to be involved in every aspect of the follower of Jesus’s life and to remain our first point of dependence regardless of the circumstances we find ourselves in. The Holy Spirit then asked a searching question as to Why do we continue looking to people for our support when we have Him as our more-than-enough Helper in every situation?

He reminds us as Jesus’s followers of Jeremiah 17:5–8 which clearly warns against trusting in man or relying upon the arm of flesh. Scripture describes such dependence as bringing a curse upon our lives, because human strength is unstable and unreliable which is like trusting in the wind, which cannot provide lasting security. In contrast, those who trust in the Lord are like trees planted by waters whose roots continually draw life from Him and go on to flourish in life.

The Lord certainly places faithful people around His children to encourage, strengthen, and assist us in fulfilling our calling. He provides relationships, partnerships, mentors, and companions as gifts of His grace to assist us in our callings. However, these individuals are never intended to become the our refuge, foundation, or ultimate source of help. They are instruments in the Lord’s hand, to handle and work out aspects of our calling which we cannot do, but they are not replacements for Him being our leader and guide in fulfilling destiny.

The Holy Spirit is always desiring to become our closest Friend, most trusted Companion, and our first place of refuge. He wants us His followers to instinctively turn to Him before anyone else whenever challenges arise. This dependence upon Him will inevitably be tested throughout our lives, because the Lord desires us to establish our complete trust in Himself rather than in human resources.

The Holy Spirit then illustrated the importance of this principle through the life of David in 1 Samuel 30:6. when David returned to Ziklag to discover that the city had been destroyed, his family and possessions taken captive, and all the people with him were devastated by the grief of the losses of all things. In that moment, the very men who had previously supported and stood beside David became so overwhelmed by the disaster that they considered stoning him as they grieved the loss.

David suddenly found himself completely abandoned by the human support upon which he might naturally have relied. Yet instead of collapsing in despair, he strengthened himself in the Lord his God. As he took cognisance of the fact that his confidence had never truly rested in his men’s ability but in the Lord who had called him to be king, so David sought the Lord rather than the human counsel in his men who were distraught.

After encouraging himself in the Lord’s presence, David inquired of the Lord and received divine direction. The Lord revealed the strategy necessary to recover everything that had been stolen resulting in David not only recovering all that had been lost but they also received abundant spoil beyond what had originally been taken. His victory came because he relied upon the Lord’s wisdom he sought rather than the opinions or strength of those who were around him.

The Holy Spirit then highlighted an important distinction by pointing out that the Lord never intended David to reject the help of the men He had placed around him. Rather, the Lord wanted David to understand that while people may support the Lord’s purposes for his life, they must never become the foundation of his confidence. There is a very fine line between appreciating the help the Lord provides us through people and transferring our trust in the Lord to those people.

The Lord alone must remain the our source of help, refuge, and security. The Holy Spirit explained how we Jesus’s followers often find this difficult because human help is visible and tangible. Seeing capable people around us creates a sense of security whereas, seeking the Lord requires faith because we have to look to what is not physically visible in the natural realm.

His presence is not physically seen, and His answers must often be received through prayer, waiting, and spiritual sensitivity. From a natural perspective, just turning to people near us appears easier. Yet this pathway of seeking the Lord first is precisely what preserves us in the place of continual triumph. This truth is reinforced by Psalm 20:7, which reminds us that while some trust in chariots and some in horses, the Lord’s people place their confidence in the name of the Lord their God.

To further illustrate this principle personally, the Holy Spirit reminded me of how, during a season of severe physical attack, he used me to encourage a close friend to seek the Lord for understanding concerning her condition before seeking a medical diagnosis. The point was not for her to reject human knowledge altogether, but to emphasise the reality that even the most skilled physician on his best day remains limited and subject to error or spiritual influence. The Lord alone possesses perfect knowledge and gives answers that produce peace.

The friend chose to follow this wisdom to seek the Lord first, and then trusted His direction, and received divine wisdom that ultimately brought healing and deliverance without her ever needing a physical diagnosis. She remains alive and well today, carrying a personal testimony of the miraculous power of the Holy Spirit, who alone possesses the complete knowledge and the ability to deliver from every form of death.

Her experience became physical evidence of the great advantage we as followers of Jesus possess when we make the Holy Spirit our first source of help. The Holy Spirit therefore wants us the followers of Jesus to recognise the tremendous privilege we have in possessing Him as our continual Helper. His desire is that every need, every battle, every decision, and every crisis first be brought before Him rather than immediately before people.

This message concludes by pointing to the example of Jesus Himself. Even though Jesus had chosen faithful disciples under the direction of the Holy Spirit, every one of them abandoned Him during His greatest hour of suffering. Even those closest to Him could not remain awake and alert when He faced the cross.

Yet Jesus had already declared that His confidence rested not in men but in His Father, who would never leave Him. Referring to Matthew 26:31, the Holy Spirit reminds us as Jesus’s followers that while human relationships may fail under pressure, the Father’s presence and counsel always remains constant. The Father was always with Jesus and faithfully brought Him through His suffering into victory over death and the grave.

As followers of Jesus we are therefore encouraged to establish this same pattern of dependence on the Lord. Human support is valuable and should be appreciated, but it must never replace our wholehearted trust in the Holy Spirit. As we continually make Him their first line of our defence, the first source of wisdom, and the first refuge and strength, we will discover the supernatural advantage of living under His guidance and miraculous power which always brings triumph.

In the mighty name of Jesus, I declare that the Holy Spirit shall become your first source of help, wisdom, refuge, and strength. According to Psalm 46:1, you shall know the Lord as your very present Help in every season of life. Every misplaced dependence upon human strength shall be broken off you, and your confidence shall be firmly established in the Lord alone.

I declare that the grace to trust the Lord above every human resource shall rest upon you and according to Jeremiah 17:5–8, you shall be like a tree planted by rivers of water whose roots continually draw life from the Lord. You shall not fear when difficult seasons come, nor shall you cease from bearing fruit.

I declare that just as David strengthened himself in the Lord and recovered all at Ziklag, that every area where you have suffered loss shall become a testimony of restoration. The Holy Spirit shall reveal the divine strategies, supernatural solutions, and miraculous breakthroughs that enable you recover all the enemy has attempted to steal from you.

May the Holy Spirit become your closest Friend, your greatest Counsellor, and your constant Refuge. May He teach you to seek Him before every decision, every challenge, and every opportunity, so that your life continually reflects His wisdom and victory.

I declare that, like Jesus, your confidence shall never rest in the arm of flesh but in the unfailing presence of the Father. Though people may disappoint or fail you, the Lord shall never leave nor forsake you and you shall walk in continual triumph through the miraculous hand of the Holy Spirit, and your life shall become a testimony that the Lord alone is your Refuge, your Strength, and your Deliverer and very present help in trouble in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

The Holy Spirit earnestly desires for us the followers of Jesus to fill our thoughts continually with His words until those words penetrate deeply into our spirits and become the governing force, direction, and leader of our lives. So instead of being directed by our natural thoughts that have limited spiritual growth and have always hindered the Lord’s purposes, we as followers of Jesus are called to live from the reality of the Spirit.

Through James 4:5 and Romans 8:2, the Holy Spirit reminds us that we are no longer confined to the limitations of the natural realm but have been brought into the liberty of “the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus,” which has set us free from the law of sin and death. This foundational truth the Holy Spirit emphasises reveals that our true identity is determined solely by what the Lord declares about us, and not by the opinions, labels, experiences, or expectations of our parents, pastors, teachers, mentors, family members, or society.

We the followers of Jesus must deliberately saturate our hearts and minds with the Lord’s declarations concerning our identity through continual confession of these facts until those truths become an unshakable reality flowing naturally from within us. The Holy Spirit then highlighted 2 Corinthians 5:17–19 as a powerful example of this process. This scripture declares that anyone who is in Christ Jesus is a new creation pointing to the reality old things have passed away and everything has become new.

The Lord has reconciled His followers to Himself through Jesus Christ and entrusted us with the ministry and word of reconciliation. As a follower of Jesus we are encouraged to personalise this truth through continual confession. To declare that” I am in Christ, the Anointed One and His anointing.” “I am joined to His burden-removing, yoke-destroying, world-overcoming, always-triumphant, barrier-breaking, earth-shaking power.”

“I am a completely new creation with all my past failures, mistakes, old family heritage, and former identity having passed away forever and never again to be resurrected.” “Everything concerning me has become brand new according to Jesus’ finished work.” The Holy Spirit teaches that we as followers of Jesus now possess a completely new spiritual heritage that of God Most High. So we are no longer defined by curses, failures, or past limitations but by the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus.

We have been permanently divorced from our former identity and now live entirely from the life, victory, triumph and anointing of Christ. Everything concerning the our lives is now the Lord’s workmanship and since there is no failure, defeat, or insufficiency in the Lord, there should be no acceptance of those realities as part of our identity. Instead, we as followers of Jesus are called to embrace continual triumph because this is who we are in Christ. We are therefore exhorted to refuse every thought that contradicts the Lord’s declaration concerning us.

As these truths are continually confessed from our believing hearts, they will gradually saturate the pattern and results of our lives. As the heart becomes established in the Lord’s truth, our will aligns with this reality, followed by our emotions, our intellect, and our minds which eventually, causes our outward actions to start reflecting this renewed identity in Christ because we now respond only to the Lord’s truth as our reality because every contrary thought is recognised as deception and is rejected.

The Holy Spirit explained that this process is not limited to only one promise but should become the pattern by which every promise of the Lord is received and activated in our daily life. Continual confession is essential because, according to Romans 10:10, faith is expressed through both our believing in the heart and our confession with our mouths. The Holy Spirit further pointed out an important reality of spiritual warfare that positive, faith-filled thoughts do not automatically flood the mind.

Positive thoughts must be intentionally spoken through our mouths and meditated upon. Negative thoughts, however, appear to arise naturally and persistently, continually attempting to dominate the believer’s thinking. They only lose their influence when the Lord’s Word is deliberately spoken in opposition to them to counter their intent. Therefore, we as followers of Jesus must consistently and emphatically declare the Lord’s truth to overcome the continual barrage of negativity projected by both the world and the enemy.

The Holy Spirit emphasised the fact that filling the mind with the Lord’s declarations is essential in our daily walk because Satan seeks to keep believers imprisoned in condemnation through persistent negative thoughts and accusations. This is why Romans 8:1 and 2 Corinthians 10:4–6 become so vital in our warfare arsenal. There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, and we have been given spiritual weapons that are mighty through God to pull down strongholds, cast down imaginations, and bring every thought captive into obedience to Christ.

The Holy Spirit also reminded me of 1 John 3:20–22, where John teaches that if the heart condemns us, our confidence before the Lord is weakened. A condemned heart always struggles to receive from the Lord because uncertainty replaces bold faith. Likewise, James 1:6–8 warns that a double-minded person is unstable in all their ways by revealing that internal uncertainty and divided thinking can delay or divert miraculous answers because wholehearted confidence and agreement with the Holy Spirit are necessary to lay hold of the Lord’s promises in the present moment.

The Holy Spirit concluded this conversation by reminding me that with the Lord, today is always the day of salvation and transformation. Every new day always presents a fresh opportunity to hear His voice, bidding us to respond in obedience, and start over again. No follower of Jesus is trapped by yesterday’s failures when they respond to the Lord’s voice today. As followers of Jesus we are therefore exhorted to make a decisive commitment to saturate our minds continually with the Lord’s Word until His thoughts completely replace every negative mindset we have.

As we allow His Word to govern our thinking, the grace imparted through these truths will empower us to live with the Lord’s perspective on things rather than the mindset of the world. As this transformation takes place, the negative thought patterns will gradually lose their influence and disappear and the follower of Jesus will begin living from the renewed identity Christ has provided, producing triumphant results of a transformed life that magnifies the name of Jesus and brings glory to the Father through visible victory and lasting change.

In the mighty name of Jesus, I declare that the Word of God shall saturate your thoughts until it becomes the ruling reality of your life. Every lie, accusation, negative label, and limiting belief that has opposed your God-given identity is broken off you by the power of the Holy Spirit. According to Romans 8:2, you shall walk fully in the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus, free from every bondage of sin, condemnation, and death.

I declare that the truth of 2 Corinthians 5:17–19 shall become the living reality within you. You are a new creation in Christ and the old has passed away, and all things have become new. Your past no longer defines you, because your identity is established forever in Christ Jesus. May your heart become so saturated with the Lord’s Word that your thoughts, emotions, will, speech, and actions will align completely with heaven’s perspective.

Every negative imagination shall bow to the knowledge of Christ according to 2 Corinthians 10:4–6, and every condemning voice shall be silenced by the truth of the Lord’s Word. I declare that your confidence in the Lord shall increase daily and every trace of uncertainty, condemnation, and double-mindedness shall give way to an unwavering faith according to 1 John 3:20–22 and James 1:6–8. Your confession shall continually agree with heaven, and your life shall produce the fruit of that confession.

May the Holy Spirit empower you each day to hear His voice, respond with obedience, and walk in the fullness of your new identity. As you continually renew your mind with His Word, may your life become a testimony of transformation, victory, and triumph that magnifies the name of Jesus and reveals His glory to all who see you in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

The Holy Spirit declares that the miracles you are about to experience in your lives will be far more than just displays of the Lord’s power, They will become divine classrooms through which the Lord will reveal the knowledge of His ways on the earth. Every miracle will carry within it the revelation and understanding, thus enabling you not only to rejoice in the outcome you receive but to comprehend the processes and workings of the Lord that produced it.

From these personal encounters, you will gain a practical platform of understanding from which you will testify, teach, and impart to others the truths the Lord has made known to you. The paths of life the Holy Spirit reveals to you will become available for others to walk in as they also discover the life of the Spirit through your testimony. You will therefore carry the responsibility of faithfully sharing these revealed truths with others.

The miracles themselves will represent the Lord’s divine turnarounds in situations that once appeared difficult, complex, and impossible to resolve. Circumstances that previously baffled and confused you will become opportunities for the Holy Spirit to reveal His wisdom and expose how He works behind the scenes. He will grant you insight into His operations, by making you aware of how He paralyses and dismantles the works of the enemy that were designed to destroy your path and hinder your destiny.

The Holy Spirit drew my attention to Psalm 92:5–6, which declares these words: “What mighty miracles and Your power at work—just to name a few! Depths of purpose and layers of meaning saturate everything You do. Such amazing mysteries are found within every miracle that nearly everyone seems to miss. Those with no discernment can never really discover the deep and glorious secrets hidden in Your ways.”

This passage reveals that every miracle the Lord does contains hidden wisdom, divine purpose, and layers of spiritual meaning that many overlook. The Lord desires His people to move beyond simply celebrating miraculous interventions and begin to discern the profound truths embedded within them. Every act of the Lord is intended not only to solve a problem but also to reveal His character, His methods, and His Kingdom principles for us to use.

The Holy Spirit desires to bring you into the place described in Colossians 1:9–14, where you are filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. He wants you to begin seeing life from the Lord’s perspective, which is a perspective that transforms darkness into light, raises death into life, and views impossibilities through the lens of Heaven’s limitless power.

You are being prepared to walk in higher realms of glory where your growth is measured not merely by you experiencing miracles but by you also understanding how the Lord brings those miracles into manifestation. The Lord is inviting you to participate in His workings rather than just by simply observing their results. He wants you to think with Him, think like Him, by understanding His purposes, cooperating with His processes, and becoming an active participant in the manifestation of His miraculous power.

As your understanding grows, your partnership with the Holy Spirit will deepen and expand into understanding waves of glory. The Holy Spirit reminding us of the contrast between Moses and the children of Israel. Where Moses understood the ways of God, whereas Israel merely witnessed His acts. Because Moses knew the Lord’s ways, he could continually walk with Him and experience more of His power.

The Israelites, however, repeatedly saw the miraculous acts yet remained spiritually unchanged because they never understood the Lord’s intentions behind them. As recorded in Psalm 78:10–33, their lack of understanding led them into stubbornness, unbelief, and repeated disasters despite them experiencing the Lord’s mighty deliverances.

The Holy Spirit therefore declares that this is your appointed season to move beyond merely witnessing His acts into the place of understanding His ways. Your response to this invitation will determine the measure of revelation and partnership you will experience in the days ahead. As you embrace the understanding the Holy Spirit is offering, every area of your life will become saturated with deeper meaning and clearer insight.

The layers of revelation He unveils will permeate your decisions, your walk with Him, and your service, making your journey smoother and more fruitful because you will be walking under the covering of His glory, His wisdom, and His sovereign pre-eminence. As you receive these truths through the grace supplied you by the Holy Spirit, you will enter a new realm of spiritual security that overshadows the difficulties and disappointments of previous seasons.

So instead of reacting to the enemy’s distractions with frustration, anger, or bitterness, you will recognise his strategies with discernment and navigate through them with the wisdom of the Lord. You will no longer expend valuable time, energy, and resources pursuing fruitless ventures that produce no lasting results. This new dimension of understanding will enable you to overcome obstacles with the ease that comes from walking in the Lord’s ordained path.

The words of Jesus will become your practical experience that His yoke is easy and His burden is light, because the grace of the Holy Spirit will empower you to walk in His ways rather than struggle under your own understanding. You will live above the confusion and noise of earthly circumstances, as you walk in the realm of the Lord’s glory where fear has no place and where your life is continually overshadowed by the presence of Christ.

As Jesus prayed in John 17:22–24, you are being invited into the shared glory that Jesus received from the Father which reveals a deeper realm of intimate fellowship, divine security, and continual communion where His presence arises to govern every circumstance in your life and His glory will become your habitation.

In the mighty name of Jesus, I declare that the Holy Spirit is opening your eyes to perceive not only the miracles of the Lord but the wisdom, purpose, and divine processes hidden within them. May every turnaround you experience become a revelation of the Lord’s ways that deepen your understanding of His Kingdom.

I declare that you shall no longer be content with just witnessing the Lord’s acts alone, but you shall walk in the knowledge of His ways as Moses did, growing in wisdom, discernment, and spiritual understanding. May the grace described in Colossians 1:9–14 rest abundantly upon you, filling you with the knowledge of the Lord’s will and enabling you to see every circumstance from Heaven’s perspective.

I declare that every strategy of the enemy designed to confuse, distract, or hinder your path shall be exposed and rendered powerless as the Holy Spirit grants you insight into His operations. You shall walk above fear, frustration, and fruitless labour, as you move with confidence in the ease of Christ’s yoke and the lightness of His burden.

I declare that the glory which Jesus prayed His followers would share in from John 17:22–24 shall increasingly overshadow your life, causing you to live in divine security, clarity, and victory. Your testimony will become a source of life and instruction to many, revealing the wisdom and glory of the Lord through your experiences.

From this day forward, may your walk be marked by increasing revelation, deeper communion, greater understanding, and continual triumph as you partner with the Holy Spirit in all that He desires to accomplish through your life in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

The Holy Spirit emphasised to me during our communion time the importance of us examining how much time we spend focusing on and observing what the Lord is presently saying versus us simply operating from what we believe we already know about hearing the Lord’s voice. Habakkuk 2:1 reminds us the followers of Jesus to take our place of watchfulness, by waiting attentively to see what the Lord will speak to us. The Holy Spirit cautioned about the fact of how easy it is for us to fall into the routine of merely doing things for the Lord based on habit, experience, or previous training, instead of continually yielding to His present leading and guidance.

The Lord directed my attention to Joshua 1:1–7, where Joshua receives the responsibility of leading Israel into the Promised Land after the death of Moses. The Lord speaks extraordinary promises over Joshua’s life, by assuring him of victory, His abiding presence, and success in fulfilling his calling. Yet despite the greatness of these promises, the Holy Spirit highlighted that they were all contingent upon one essential condition found in Joshua 1:8. The blessings promised in verses 1–7 could only become a reality if Joshua faithfully obeyed the Lord’s instructions.

The Holy Spirit therefore desires for us the followers of Jesus to understand what our true priorities must be if we are to make genuine progress in the Kingdom. So rather than us filling our lives with activities we assume are important, we must devote ourselves first to the spiritual disciplines that position us to hear and obey the voice of the Lord. Joshua 1:8 declares these words: “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”

The Holy Spirit emphasised the fact that under the New Covenant this principle is fulfilled through the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus, which sets believers free from the law of sin and death. This law must not merely occupy our minds but must continually proceed from the believer’s mouth based on our heart believing. Meditation is therefore not just a silent reflection alone, but it includes a continual verbal confession of the Lord’s truth until His Word dominates our heart and to flow through our speech.

The Holy Spirit is challenging us the followers of Jesus to examine how much of what Jesus says about our identity, inheritance, and position in Him is continually being spoken from our mouths throughout each day. Just as Psalm 107:2 declares these words, “Let the redeemed of the Lord say so,” we the followers of Jesus must continually confess the reality of our redemption through the blood of Jesus and speak what the Lord has declared concerning us.

The Holy Spirit then connected this principle with Romans 10:10, which teaches: “For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

Pointing to the fact that our believing alone is not the complete process. Genuine faith is expressed through our additional confession of what we believe in our hearts.

If what is believed in the heart is never verbalised, the followers of Jesus remain hindered from experiencing the fullness of the Lord’s deliverance and salvation. The continual confession of the Lord’s Word is what strengthens our faith, aligns our hearts with the truth, and positions us to hear the Holy Spirit more clearly.

This continual process of meditation and confession is what enables us as followers of Jesus to observe what the Holy Spirit is revealing. Only after our carefully observing His direction are we equipped to carry out His instructions. It is this sequence of meditating, confessing, observing, and obeying that goes on to produce true prosperity and good success. The path the Holy Spirit reveals is always very different from what appears obvious from a natural perspective.

The Holy Spirit went on to warn us against bypassing this divine process by acting prematurely. Joshua himself illustrates this lesson because many years before becoming Israel’s leader, Joshua had boldly declared, together with Caleb, that Israel should immediately go up and possess the land after spying it out. Although Joshua demonstrated genuine faith, the Holy Spirit pointed out that at that earlier stage he lacked the present instruction of the Lord for the timing of the action which would bring the triumph.

Years later, even after Joshua had matured greatly, the Lord still commanded him to meditate until he observed what to do. This demonstrates that zeal, courage, and faith must always remain submitted to the present voice and direction of the Holy Spirit. Acting merely upon what seems right, or upon our previous revelation without fresh guidance, leads to actions of presumption rather than genuine faith. We as followers of Jesus must patiently wait until the Lord Himself reveals His direction before moving forward.

The Holy Spirit contrasted this with the example of how things operated with Moses, whose attitude was always to refuse movement unless the Lord first moved. Moses understood that following the Lord’s presence always guaranteed triumph, while independent action led only to failure. Likewise, we find that King David consistently demonstrated this principle by continually inquiring of the Lord before taking action. We find that each time David sought the Lord’s guidance, the Lord directed him, resulting in repeated victories and good success.

This explains David’s heartfelt prayer in Psalm 51:11 which reads these words: “Do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.” David recognised that his continued success depended not upon military strength or personal wisdom but upon remaining in close fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit therefore desires that we as followers of Jesus must position ourselves where we continually receive His guidance from the Holy Spirit before making our decisions. This process requires us spending increased time meditating upon the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus until we clearly observe His pathway.

Once His direction has been revealed, we are to move forward confidently in obedience rather than relying upon personal opinions or natural reasoning. This fact aligns perfectly with the Lord’s declaration in Isaiah 55:8–9, where the Lord reminds His people that His thoughts and His ways are infinitely higher than those of mankind. So only by us yielding to His superior wisdom can we Jesus’s followers advance into His purposes and experience lasting success.

The Holy Spirit concluded this journey of understanding with a call for us to receive fresh grace to resist taking premature action. So rather than rushing ahead based upon our assumptions or personal understanding, we are encouraged to patiently meditate on the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus until we discern the movement of the Holy Spirit. As we follow His leading, we will walk into victorious, triumphant endeavours marked by the Lord’s own supernatural intervention and blessing, as we become living testimonies of His wisdom, guidance, and triumph.

In the mighty name of Jesus, I declare that your heart will become increasingly attentive to the present voice of the Holy Spirit. May every tendency toward presumption, haste, and reliance upon your own understanding be broken from your life and I declare that the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus will continually fill your heart and proceed from your mouth as you meditate upon His Word day and night.

May your confession remain aligned with Heaven’s truth, thereby strengthening your faith and positioning you to clearly observe the right path the Lord has prepared for you. I declare that you will no longer move ahead of the Lord, nor will you remain behind Him, but you will walk in perfect step with the Holy Spirit’s leading. As you patiently seek His direction and faithfully obey His instructions, may your way become prosperous and may you experience the good success promised in His Word.

Let the wisdom of Heaven surpass every natural opinion, and may every decision you make be established by divine guidance. From this day forward, may your life become a testimony of careful obedience, supernatural direction, triumphant victories, and the unmistakable results that come from following the Holy Spirit in all things in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

The Holy Spirit desires us the followers of Jesus to understand a foundational truth about the advantage Jesus has given His followers on the earth. The Lord wants to dismantle the misconception that we are merely strangers on the earth waiting to escape a wicked world for heaven. Instead, Jesus teaches that His followers have been given all the authority and advantage on the earth.

We are called to live victoriously and triumphantly over all evil, serving as the Lord’s custodians and representatives on the earth. We are not fearful victims or escapists from the earth but we are the ones to determine the rulership of Jesus’s Kingdom on the earth. We as Jesus’s followers have been entrusted with all the authority to influence what happens on the earth rather than simply to receive the oppression and destruction the enemy seeks to bring on earth.

As Jesus declared in John 10:10, Satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it more abundantly. The Holy Spirit then directed my attention to Mark 4:11–12, where Jesus tells His disciples these words: “To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God…” This revelation reveals that it is the Lord’s will for every follower of His to know the realities and operations of His Kingdom.

The ability to know has already been given to us by Jesus. However, the Holy Spirit raised an important question that if we have been given the ability to know, why do so many of us remain ignorant? Jesus Himself addressed this question in Mark 4:14 when He questions His disciples about their lack of understanding.

The issue is not the absence of the Lord’s willingness to reveal truth to us, but our failure to diligently pursue understanding of the Kingdom. The Holy Spirit emphasised the fact that possessing the ability to know is entirely different from actively applying oneself to gain greater knowledge.

Our knowledge of the Kingdom does not come automatically. So we as Jesus’s followers must intentionally seek the Lord, by diligently asking Him to explain His ways, as we study His Word, and pursue understanding until Kingdom truth becomes practical reality in our lives.

Just as an expert in the natural is not recognised as an expert simply because of his theoretical knowledge but because of his practical experience, so we as followers of Jesus must move beyond possessing spiritual potential to actively developing Kingdom understanding through obedience and physical experience through manifestation.

The Holy Spirit stresses the fact that we the followers of Jesus must take action to know the mysteries of the Kingdom. It is insufficient merely to acknowledge that such revelation knowledge is available. We must diligently study everything King Jesus teaches, understand His perspective, and learn how His Kingdom principles work. This pursuit aligns with Paul’s prayer in Ephesians 1:17–23, where he asks that we the followers of Jesus receive the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ so that the eyes of our understanding may be enlightened.

A clear biblical example of this reality is found in Mark 11, where Peter carefully observed Jesus speaking to the fig tree. Had Peter failed to notice what Jesus did, he would never have recognised the tree’s miraculous withering the following day. Peter’s attentive observation led him to ask the right question, which in turn prompted Jesus to teach one of the greatest lessons on faith by revealing the authority we as believers possess to speak to mountains and command them to move through our unwavering faith.

The Holy Spirit pointed out that Jesus did not volunteer this teaching unprompted. Peter’s hunger to understand the miraculous unlocked a teaching on greater revelation. This fact demonstrated the necessity of asking the Lord questions and seeking understanding of the deeper truths of the Kingdom . As Jesus taught in Luke 11:10, those who ask always receive, those who seek always find, and those who knock are the ones who have doors opened to them.

Peter had already chosen to follow Jesus therefore, it became his responsibility to observe, inquire, understand, and ultimately practice the truths Jesus demonstrated with the corresponding action. Following Christ requires an active pursuit of revelation by us rather than just making a passive observation of events. The Holy Spirit then highlighted another example from the disciples’ lives in which as they continually observed Jesus, they noticed that His life of miracles was consistently preceded by a life of prayer.

They noted that Jesus repeatedly withdrew to solitary places to commune with the Father. The disciples recognised that there was a direct relationship between His communion with the father and the supernatural power that flowed through His ministry. Consequently, they never asked Jesus to teach them how to heal the sick or cast out demons. Instead, they asked Him to teach them how to pray, recognising that prayer was the source from which every other aspect of His ministry flowed.

This same priority became evident in the life of the early Church. In Acts 6:2–4, the apostles refused to become distracted by administrative responsibilities because they understood that their primary calling was: “We will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.” So they did not devote themselves to studying demons or analysing the enemy’s operations, but instead, they committed themselves to continual fellowship with the Father through prayer and His Word.

As a result of this practice, they experienced the same consistent success and triumph that Jesus Himself demonstrated. By seeking the King, hearing His voice, then obeying the Holy Spirit, and walking in His revealed will, they triumphed in every situation. This is precisely what the Holy Spirit desires every follower of Jesus to experience today.

As Jesus’s followers are called to devote ourselves to prayer, then listening carefully for the Lord’s direction, as we receive understanding, and then take the obedient action necessary. As we do so, the Holy Spirit brings the miraculous to completion, by glorifying the name and Kingdom of Jesus through our lives.

The Holy Spirit went on to remind us as followers of Jesus that it is our God-given right to know the mysteries of the Kingdom. So we have no excuse to remain ignorant of the Lord’s way of doing things or of the enemy’s deceptive strategies to lead us astray. Satan’s primary objective is to deceive us concerning truth and thus rob us of the knowledge of the Lord because ignorance always leaves us vulnerable to his schemes. This deception fulfils his mission described in John 10:10 which Jesus said is to steal, kill, and destroy.

In contrast, the Lord’s purpose for us is that “the knowledge of the glory of the Lord shall cover the earth as the waters cover the sea” (Habakkuk 2:14). As followers of Jesus we are therefore called to become so filled with the knowledge and manifestation of the Lord’s glory that the world sees His greatness through us rather than our human weakness, compromise, or failure. The Holy Spirit concluded this revelation by inviting us the followers of Jesus into a deeper passion for His presence and a greater pursuit of His workings.

As we diligently seek an increased understanding of the operations of the Holy Spirit, the Kingdom of Jesus will become increasingly more visible and tangible through our lives. The end result will be that we go on to fulfil our earthly assignment for the Lord by serving the purposes of Christ in our generation, through demonstrating His power, revealing His glory, and bringing honour to His Name through lives marked by continual victory and triumph.

In the mighty name of Jesus, I declare that the Spirit of wisdom and revelation will rest upon you in an increasing measure. May your spiritual eyes be enlightened to know the mysteries of the Kingdom that Jesus has already made available to you. I declare that every spirit of ignorance, deception, and distraction is broken off your life, and that you will pursue the Lord with renewed hunger through prayer, His Word, and greater intimate fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

May you receive divine understanding that transforms revelation knowledge into practical experience, by enabling you to walk in Kingdom authority and triumph over every work of the enemy. I declare that you will no longer live as one oppressed by circumstances but as one who exercises the authority Christ has entrusted to you on the earth.

May the knowledge of the glory of the Lord abound in your life until His power, wisdom, and presence are evident through everything you do. Let miracles, unusual wisdom, boldness, and obedience accompany your walk with the Holy Spirit so that the Kingdom of Jesus is increasingly revealed through your life for His glory. May you go forward to fulfil your God-given mission with victory, by bringing honour to the name of Jesus and expanding His Kingdom on the earth in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

During my communion time with the Holy Spirit, He emphasised the vital necessity of us looking to Him for insight, wisdom, and understanding rather than relying upon human reasoning, which is confined to the limitations of this natural realm. The Holy Spirit drew attention to Proverbs 3:5–6 which reads these words : “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”

The Holy Spirit highlighted the key instruction in this passage which is do not lean on or trust your own interpretation of circumstances, because our understanding is limited by what we can naturally perceive through our five senses. Instead, we should acknowledge the Lord in every situation, recognising that He possesses a far greater perspective that sees through spiritual realities beyond human sight. The Holy Spirit’s understanding encompasses the complete picture of all things and therefore provides the only safe foundation for releasing wise decisions and successful direction in life.

To further illustrate this truth, the Holy Spirit directed my attention to the Book of Revelation, revealing how the Lord Himself sees things compared to the restricted vision of mankind. Jesus repeatedly declared throughout His ministry, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear,” and “He who has eyes to see, let him see,” indicating that spiritual perception extends far beyond our physical sight and hearing. Every person possesses natural eyes and ears, but only those enlightened by the Holy Spirit can perceive spiritual realities.

The Holy Spirit then focused on Revelation 4:6, where John describes the four living creatures surrounding the Lord’s throne: “Before the throne there was a sea of glass, like crystal. And in the midst of the throne, and around the throne, were four living creatures full of eyes in front and in back.” These living creatures are described as being full of eyes both in front and behind, symbolising the Lord’s complete awareness of every situation. They simultaneously see what lies ahead and what lies behind. They perceive the future path while also seeing everything that has already occurred and every consequence connected to it.

Human beings, by contrast, can only focus on one direction at a time and therefore possess extremely limited perception. This limitation demonstrates why we the followers of Jesus cannot safely rely upon our own understanding. The Holy Spirit expanded this revelation further through Revelation 4:8a, which states these words:“ The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within.” This description reveals an even greater dimension of the Lord’s perspective on things.

These heavenly beings not only see in front and behind but also around every circumstance and within every circumstance. Nothing is hidden from their view. They possess no blind spots, no missing information, and have no need to make assumptions because every aspect of every situation is fully visible to them. We as human beings, however, continually operate with blind spots. So we are often forced to make judgments based upon incomplete information and assumptions because we cannot perceive everything involved. This explains why natural reasoning frequently leads to deception, disappointment, and failure.

The Holy Spirit emphasised that the Lord never presumes facts because He knows the entire picture. This is why we as followers of Jesus must continually seek His counsel, even when circumstances appear obvious or promising from a natural perspective. What seems correct outwardly may be used to conceal unseen realities only the Lord can discern. This truth is reinforced through Jeremiah 29:11, where the Lord declares: “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you… thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

The Lord alone knows the complete future He has prepared for us and we as human beings do not, so we are dependent on revelation knowledge from the Holy Spirit. Likewise, the Scripture warns us that “there is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is destruction.” This is because mankind cannot see the entire picture of things, which leaves us vulnerable to deception because we cannot fathom spiritual things. Therefore, we as followers of Jesus must rely upon the Holy Spirit’s insight rather than our own limited conclusions.

I can vividly recall the day the Holy Spirit first unveiled this revelation to me from the Book of Revelation. The Holy Spirit reminded me of the fact that the Apostle John had enjoyed extraordinary intimacy with Jesus during His earthly ministry, even leaning upon His bosom. Yet when John encountered the glorified, resurrected Christ in the book of Revelation, he immediately fell at His feet as though dead because the glory of Jesus far exceeded anything he had previously known of Him.

John himself required Jesus to raise him up and prepare him to understand this entirely new dimension of glory he was now experiencing. This demonstrated the fact that all his previous experiences with the Lord, even the very intimate ones were insufficient for him to comprehend Christ’s present heavenly glory without a fresh revelation from the Holy Spirit. Jesus had already told them in John.16:7,12-15 that a season was coming that would bring them into greater revelation and understanding of His position in glory.

From that moment onward, I resolved to depend entirely upon the Holy Spirit’s interpretation of every circumstance in my life rather than my own study, experience, or knowledge of the word. Throughout the years I have found that the Holy Spirit has never been wrong on any situation because His vision is complete while our human understanding always remains partial. The Holy Spirit further emphasised that the Book of Revelation is precisely that, the unveiling of Jesus Christ as He presently reigns in heavenly glory, and not merely a record of who He was during His earthly ministry.

Even John, who knew Jesus personally on earth, had to abandon his previous limited perspective based on human terms and embrace the greater revelation of who Christ is now seated in glory. The Holy Spirit stressed that we the followers of Jesus likewise must continually allow our spiritual understanding of Jesus to expand. Past experiences with the Lord cannot become substitutes for fresh revelation of who Jesus is. Each new unveiling of Christ enlarges our spiritual understanding, increases our understanding of our authority, strengthens our faith, and enables us to experience greater victories.

I can testify that every time I have meditated upon the Book of Revelation, the Holy Spirit has revealed fresh greater dimensions of Jesus’ glory, authority, and Kingdom in my life. Each revelation has enlarged my understanding and has equipped me to overcome situations more effectively because with the fresh revelation I am operating from a greater measure of truth. This aligns with Jesus’ promise in John 16:12–15, where He declared that the Holy Spirit would guide us into all truth. The Holy Spirit continually unveils greater realities concerning Jesus so we may walk in increasing freedom, power, wisdom, and authority.

The Holy Spirit concluded this revelation with an invitation to us the followers of Jesus to receive abundant grace to see further and deeper from the Lord’s perspective. Rather than following paths built upon our human imagination or limited reasoning which often ends in disappointment. We are called to walk the path prepared by Jesus Himself for us through divine insight. As followers of Jesus we are encouraged to ask the Lord to open the eyes of our hearts, thus granting us clearer spiritual perception and a fuller understanding of His will.

We are warned by the Holy Spirit against allowing fragments of knowledge to produce pride or presumption in us, since partial understanding often leads people away from genuine faith. Instead, we are called to embrace the complete truth revealed to us by the Holy Spirit, which produces freedom, wisdom, and victory. As we the followers of Jesus yield to the Holy Spirit’s perspective, He will expose areas where we have incomplete understanding which has hindered progress, to enable us remove those obstacles, and lead us forward with clarity, confidence, and continual triumph in Christ.

In the mighty name of Jesus, I declare that the eyes of your understanding are being enlightened by the Holy Spirit. May every limitation of natural reasoning, human presumption, and incomplete understanding be broken from your life in Jesus name. I declare that you will no longer lean upon your own understanding but will trust the Lord with all your heart and acknowledge Him in every decision you make, by allowing Him to direct your paths.

May the Holy Spirit grant you fresh insight into the heart and mind of Christ, opening your spiritual eyes to see beyond what is visible and your spiritual ears to hear clearly what He is speaking. I declare that every blind spot, deception, and hidden obstacle will be exposed and removed as the Lord reveals the complete picture concerning your life and calling. May you continually receive fresh revelation of the glorified Jesus, to grow in wisdom, discernment, authority, and victory.

Let every new unveiling of Christ strengthen your faith, enlarge your understanding, and position you to walk in the greater triumph He has prepared for you. From this day forward, may you be led by truth rather than presumption, by revelation rather than limitation, and by the wisdom of the Holy Spirit into continual victory and triumph for the glory of Jesus Christ. Amen.
